Irgendwie nervt das tierisch.... All ATMs and branches are closed and you have to get money in the supermarket. Parking in Lennep are also rather mau and much too small for big cars. Somehow this annoys beastly ....

The staff are very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the Sparkasse guidelines are absolutely idiotic. You have to audition personally for every little thing.

Mir wurden über 70% zu viel für meine Kreditkarte berechnet, dann werden mir Abrechnungen per Post zugeschickt, was ich mehrmals schriftlich und auch mündlich vergeblich versucht habe zu korrigieren. Dadurch wurden vertrauliche Bankdaten am Ende an Dritte weitergegeben. Ich habe den Sachverhalt der Bank geschildert, keine Reaktion. Das zum Thema Kundenzufriedenheit. Einige Angestellte sind allerdings sehr freundlich, daher einen zweiten Stern. Andere aber rollen mit den Augen, wenn man das Wort "Online Bank" nennt. A propos Online Bank. Ich bin sehr zufrieden bei der DKB, und kann die DKB nur empfehlen. Absolutely not to be recommended! I wouldn't open a bank account here anymore. Einen Pauschalurlaub für nichts verschenkt. Einen Desinfektionsmittelspender sucht man im Foyer auch vergebens. Das nach über einem Jahr Coronakrise noch immer nicht auf die Kette bekommen zu haben grenzt schon an Körperverletzung. Die Sparkasse nimmt durch Unterlassen eine Erhöhung der Infektionen in Kauf. Update hierzu: Oh schön, schon sinds 9,99€/Monat. "Es sind ja nur 2€ mehr..." Stimmt. Was auch stimmt: es sind ebenfalls 20% mehr. 20% höhere Kosten für die gleiche Leistung. So kann man die Inflation auch antreiben.
