★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da bekommt man ein Schreiben mit dem Hinweis „wichtige Vertragsunterlagen“von der Bank, ruft unter der angegeben Rufnummer zurück da sich mir der Inhalt nicht erschließt. Und was ist das Resultat? Keiner hat ne Ahnung. Im Gegenteil mir wird geraten den Vertrag stillzulegen und bei einem anderen Unternehmen einen neuen zu machen. Was aber nicht gesagt wurde welche Kosten durch dieses Konstrukt entstehen. Das ist eine Beratung wie ich sie von dieser Bank kenne. Am Kunden vorbei, nur auf den eigenen Vorteil bedacht..
