Für die Firmenpolitik können die freundlichen Mitarbeiter nix, aber trotzdem kein Wunder das die Kunden weglaufen. Service is always driven back and prices increased. Late in the evening you do not even get to the ATM. For the company policy, the friendly staff nothing, but still no wonder that the customers run away.

Teilweise empfinde ich die Gebühren etwas zu hoch bei einigen Vorgängen, jedoch habe ich alles in allem immer einen freundlichen und kompetenten Ansprechpartner vor Ort der mir meist schnell zu helfen weiß. I am very satisfied with the Sparkasse here in Leichlingen. As a private customer and also as a corporate customer, I feel well positioned there. Sometimes I find the fees a bit too high for some processes, but all in all I always have a friendly and competent contact person on site who usually knows how to help me quickly.

Außer schlechtem Service, hohe Gebühren & Inkompetenz, hat diese Bank keinen Mehrwert. Mein Geld (knapp fünfstelliger Betrag) habe ich dank dem tollen Berater verloren und habe ihn seit dem nie wieder persönlich gesehen. Ein angeblicher Termin kam nie zu Stande. Von mir aus könnt ihr sofort schließen. It's good that the Sparkasse will close its branch here in the next few months. Except for poor service, high fees & incompetence, this bank has no added value. I lost my money (almost five-digit amount) thanks to the great advisor and have never seen him in person since. An alleged appointment never came about. From me you can close immediately.
H	Herby Herby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Unglaublich, wie man hier bewusst Kunden abwimmelt. Auf den versprochenen Rückruf warten wir jetzt schon den 2. Tag. Vor Ort bekommt man immer wieder nur gesagt, ohne ins Detail zu gehen, dass man nicht helfen könne und einfach abwarten solle. Hier in diesem Fall geht es um eine Dame mit Kleinkind, die ordentlich Guthaben auf dem Konto hat, was ihr aber nicht ausgezahlt werden kann, obwohl sämtliche Beschlüsse des Amtsgerichts dieses zulassen! Ich war Zeuge bei diesen Gesprächen und würde hier schon fast von UNTERSCHLAGUNG sprechen. Die Kontoführungsgebühr konnte, seltsamer Weise abgebucht werden... Ich persönlich bin sehr froh, dass ich KEIN KUNDE bei dieser Bank bin..... One star is still too many. It's unbelievable how you consciously get rid of customers here. Wenn Sie Informationen über andere Kunden haben wollen müssen Sie nur zuhören wie die Mitarbeiter über vertrauliche Informationen der Kunden sprechen , über ständige Anrufe bezüglich Angeboten/Sparplänen o.ä egal ob und wie oft Sie dies ablehnen muss man sich hier auch nicht wundern. Unfähige Mitarbeiter finden Sie hier auch ohne Probleme. Schlichtweg eine extrem schlechte Filiale , definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. In my opinion, even 1 star is rated too good. With this bank you are fundamentally in bad hands. If you want information about other customers you only have to listen to the staff talking about confidential information of the customers, about constant calls regarding offers / savings plans or the like, regardless of whether and how often you are You don't have to be surprised here to refuse this.
