★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mega zufrieden!!! Egal welches Problem oder Bedürfnis man hat. Der Herr Cirino war sehr zuvorkommend und ist auf jeden einzelnen Wunsch eingegangen. Immer wieder gerne. Mein erster Ansprechpartner steht fest ??????

Die Beratung hat mir sehr gut gefallen, da auf Angebote verwiesen wurde. ... und es wurde nach dem Arbeitgeber gefragt?! Je nachdem gibt es hier weitere Möglichkeiten / Vergünstigungen.
Fehlender Stern? Als Bestandskunde musst Du immer drauf zahlen. Der Verlust der Telefonnummer (für ein besseres Angebot) und alle zwei Jahre eine neue Nummer. Nein, kommt für mich nicht in Frage. Da bin Oldschool. ;-)

I liked the advice very much, as reference was made to offers. ... and you asked about your employer ?! Depending on the situation, there are further options / discounts.
Missing star? As an existing customer, you always have to pay extra. Loss of phone number (for a better deal) and a new number every two years. No, out of the question for me. I'm old school. ;-)

Weil ich mit meinem jetzigen Anbieter nicht mehr zufrieden bin suchte ich gestern diesen Telekom Shop auf. Ich wurde von einer netten Frau empfangen.
Eigentlich wollte ich nur eine Produktberatung am Ende kamen wir zu dem Ergebnis das wenn ich mit allem bei der Telekom wäre 50,00 € gegenüber meinem jetzigen Anbieter im Monat sparen würde.
Also habe ich direkt den Vertrag gemacht. Man hat mir das Angebot gemacht das wenn ich Probleme habe jederzeit in den Shop kommen könnte.
Zudem bekomme ich einen Wechselberater kostenlos und brauche falls ein Techniker kommen muss nichts für diesen bezahlen.
Auch super sobald mein neuer Festnetzvertrag läuft bekomme ich unbegrenztes Datenvolumen für mein Handy. Zum gleichen Preis wie mein bisheriger Festnetzanbieter mich ködern wollte.
Hier merkt man das was Service und Kundenfreundlichkeit angeht die Telekom Nummer 1 ist.

Because I am no longer satisfied with my current provider, I went to this Telekom shop yesterday. I was received by a nice woman.
Actually, I just wanted a product consultation. In the end, we came to the conclusion that if I were with Telekom with everything, I would save € 50.00 per month compared to my current provider.
So I signed the contract right away. They made me the offer that if I had problems they could come to the shop at any time.
I also get a change advisor free of charge and if a technician has to come I don't need to pay anything for him.
Also great as soon as my new landline contract is up, I get unlimited data volume for my mobile phone. At the same price as my previous landline provider wanted to lure me.
Here you can tell that Telekom is number 1 in terms of service and customer friendliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff, nice location and a selection you'd expect of a small mobile phone store. As it's Telekom branding that's what they can get you, full spectrum. If you have specific questions, it's much better than going to Saturn. Check it out.
