β β β β β Great location. Small but comfortable ensuite rooms. No lift and steep staircase to all floors. Reception only manned between 10.00am and 6.00pm. No other facilities such as bar or restaurant.

β β β β β I wouldn't bother. Dirty room, cramped and dark and noisy.
The room we were offered had stains in the toilet, no toilet paper and was dark and grubby.
It absolutely does not look like the pictures. We left without staying.
Customer service when asking for a refund has been appalling, they are rude and they lie.
Seriously avoid - I'd rather spend a night in a canal

β β β β β Cramped rooms. Cleaning was really poor. Dusty shelves. I found a previous guestβs dirty sock in the dust under a cupboard while looking to find an electric outlet. The whole hotel feels run down. Noisy from the nightclub downstairs. Good location, but not price worthy.

β β β β β Please do not stay at this hotel! We booked very early in the year, prior to the knowledge of the COVID-19 pandemic, for travel in April. We asked to postpone due to closure of borders, however, when we contacted the hotel they refused to postpone or refund our booking. They were also EXTREMELY rude. I appreciate it's a tough time for everyone but the least they could do was extend our booking for later in the year. Overall, a terrible experience.

β β β β β DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! super small rooms without air conditioning, with a lot of dust, it is an oven! dirty bathrooms, and the girls do not make the rooms, unacceptable, after a week of staying at the hotel and spending β¬ 300, they make me a charge of 50β¬ without my consent because a quilt had a wine stain, and they respond me the quilt needed professional cleaning when we know that a single quilt costs β¬ 20 new, not professional people, I prefer to be in a hostel sincerely, very poor attention

β β β β β The location is great, but the hotel itself is not worth it. When we arrived, we were greeted by trash bags at the front door and it smelled pretty bad. Then we had to clim up the steep stairs with our suitcases to reach the reception. The whole hotel smells like cigarettes and alcohol. The staff is grumpy and not helpful at all. Our room was on the top floor, so we had to climb all those stairs with our suitcases. It was horrible. The hotel room looks great at first glance but if you take a better look youβll see stains and smudges. Squished bugs on the wall. Itβs also really cold in the room and we did not have warm water in the morning either. So I had to take a cold shower... Then itβs really hard to fall asleep due to the loud music from the club next to the hotel.
It is possible to leave your luggage for the day but your luggage will be put in an unguarded corner. If I had to make the decision again I would rather stay at another hotel further away from the center than staying at this hotel again.

β β β β β Location is fantastic. Very close to bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is clean, tidy and modern.
Wasn't a fan of paying extra for the bottles of water in the room as they were β¬3.50 each.
The only reason the Bolster loses a star is because of the stairs. Not only are they steep but they are spiralled as well as painted BLACK! Extremely difficult to use when sober let alone half cut and in the dark.

β β β β β Lovely hotel, absolutely spotless, located in rembrandt Square, loads of nightlife but once in the hotel couldn't really hear anything. Room itself was beautiful, bed was lovely, I got a standard double at 60 a night, massive bargain. I've had far worse accommodation less central for more money. I would highly recommend and would definitely come again. Things to note, not for the less able bodied there are very thin steep stairs and no lift, getting in and out could be a real challenge.
