Printer will show "Replace Toner" after 10 prints. An empty cartridge was delivered. Not available by phone - no response to mails. Bad!

Für diesen Preis bekomme ich 4 recyclete. Sehr schlechte Verpackung, einfach lose in ein Päckchen gelegt. Werde nach hoffentlicher Ersatzlieferung nichts mehr Bestellen. For a color cartridge for Lexmark Z53 48.86 € paid. After the second color print no more red. Should be supposed to be an original Lexmark cartridge. For this price I get 4 recycled. Very bad packaging, just put it loosely in a packet. Will not order anything after hopeless replacement.

Der mittelmäßig freundliche Mitarbeiter am Telefon legte auf als ich zum zweiten mal nach der Adresse der Filiale fragte...
