We sat outside as it was a pleasant summer evening and food and drinks were delivered without any undue delay and a pleasant smile from our young waitress. An excellent choice if you can make a short detour from the very centre of Leiden down to Kaiserstraat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice service and friendly staff. For me the portions were exactly the right size. I had three courses and was not overly full at the end. The food was well prepared and to me very tasty.
I had a great crepe brûlée desert which had just the right level of crunch on the sugar.
We will most certainly return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were on vacation in Leiden and found this restaurant located near a small river. Great food, great dessert wine and very friendly people. Even though it looks small, the food offering has high artistic value.
Unique room design ideas such as: police mannequin watching us from the corner, funny prohibition signs, etc. The waiter will always come to you and ask if we need anything else.. all served quickly even though the restaurant was busy at the time.
