T	TGV Franco-suisse fan 2020 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was finde ich gut ist der Bett Komfort und auch der Badezimmer Naturozimmer. Was finde ich nicht gut ist der WC Toliette Stuhl und auch das Waschbecken nahe zu Tur ist. Ich sage es das Badezimmer ist zu klein. Aber sonst Resten im Hotelzimmer finde ich gut. Ich gebe 3/5 (60%). What I think is good is the bed comfort and also the bathroom natural room. What I don't like is the toilet Toliette chair and also the washbasin is close to the door. I say the bathroom is too small. But otherwise leftovers in the hotel room are good. I give 3/5 (60%).

Vooruit betaald maar vervolgens raken er twee besmet met corona en drie anderen zijn in afwachting van hun uitslag maar we krijgen 0,0 medewerking. Het interesseert ze niks dat sommigen van ons ziek zijn en brengen hoe dan ook 216 euro in rekening. Ik heb gevraagd of ze liever hebben dat wij (ziek of niet ziek) komen en dat vinden ze allemaal best. Bizar dat ze hun verantwoordelijkheden niet nemen. Laatste wat ik van hen gehoord heb is de brutale vraag of ik wil annuleren in het geval dat wij niet komen zodat zij 216 euro kunnen vangen en de kamers weer aan iemand anders kunnen geven. Je bent gewaarschuwd! Folks, never ever ever go here in your life. Made a booking for next Monday with two groups of 4 people. Paid in advance but then two get infected with corona and three others are awaiting their results but we get 0.0 cooperation. They don't care that some of us are sick and charge 216 euros anyway. I asked if they would prefer us to come (sick or not) and they are all fine with that. Weird that they don't take their responsibilities. Last I heard from them is the cheeky question if I want to cancel in case we don't come so that they can catch 216 euros and give the rooms back to someone else. You have been warned!
D	Domingo Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó este hotel,recepción muy buena ,habitación grande ,muy cómoda, duchas buenas ,baño perfecto...lo malo las escaleras muy empinadas y más nosotros que estábamos en la segunda planta...lo demás todo perfecto..y ubicación cerca de todo....lugar muy recomendable para dormir en Ámsterdam . Reseña escrita en septiembre del año 2021 I loved this hotel, very good reception, large room, very comfortable, good showers, perfect bathroom ... the bad very steep stairs and more of us who were on the second floor ... everything else all perfect..and location close of everything .... highly recommended place to sleep in Amsterdam. L	Lucero Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones son sumamente pequeñas. El baño emanaba un olor, cómo de una mala instalación, se tuvo que dejar la puerta abierta para se vaya el olor. La atención de uno de los trabajadores (joven) no fué muy amable. The rooms are extremely small. The bathroom gave off an odor, how from a bad installation, you had to leave the door open to get rid of the smell. The attention of one of the workers (young) was not very kind.

S	Simone Laurino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and adequate, the cleaning is almost excellent. The only thing that we didn’t appreciate was the reception service, in the night time, especially on December the 18th at 8-9 pm. We asked for information but the man didn’t help us at all, we almost felt like he was making fun of us for a little mistake we made with the bike rental (which had nothing to do with the hotel). He didn’t seem available at all to help us. He also made a kind of racist joke about Italians, saying that he had problems with them smoking in the room, even though we already told him that we don’t smoke. Fortunately in the morning we met a very kind receptionist named Marilou who helped us with various problems we had and apologised for the unsatisfactory service we received.
J	Jukka-Pekka Keisala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great base to explore Amsterdam. Small hotel with small rooms. The family room was good and clean a bit noisy in the morning as it is on the ground floor. Hotel is near the Vondel park, museums and nightlife center. The clerk in the front desk was extremely nice and showed us tips where to visit as well as told us a bit of history of the city.
D	Davide Farina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An affordable hotel in a very good position. The rooms are quite small but comfortable and clean. The receptionist is extremely kind and welcoming, perfectly capable of giving you an overview of the must see attractions of the city and also some hidden gems. Definitely worth the price.
