We Book The Hotel in January for the ADE. Cause my Creditcard is expired till then they wait only 2 Days(where i was in Holidays) after that they CANCEL the ROOM !? When i call the Hotel he say its not longer availible. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?? sorry i never had that in my Life and i travel a lot. This is verry bad. Also he hang up the phone cause i was a bit suprised. To find now a hotel for ADE is nearly impossible. This is Service=0% Sorry i can absolut NOT Recommend that terrible.

Small but clean room with uncomfortable bed and terrible pillows.Right in front of busy bars so quite noisy at night.Asked for a kettle and got charged โ‚ฌ9 for a few Nescafรฉ Instant coffee sachets . Definitely overpriced for what it is. Would not stay here again.

Before we choose this hotel we looked it up and the reviews were not all that good, I don't know what happened to those people but our experience in the hotel was great! The staff is very nice, kind and helpful (we had a few things we needed to do, just ask them and they would be more than happy to help) the location of the hotel is incredible, right next to Rembrandtplein with a lot of restaurants and bars, the tram station is very close which makes everything easy and there is a coffee shop on the other side of the street. All and all we had a great trip and the hotel was a big part of it. I would highly recommend you to check in with hotel Imperial and I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed

Pokey rooms with small & very uncomfortable beds. First bedroom we were given didnโ€™t even have a wardrobe, and โ€œthe viewโ€ was of a wall 1 metre away. When we asked for a room with a bed that would sleep 2 people comfortably we were asked โ€œwhat are we doing in Holland?โ€... bizarre really. To top it off the towels smelt like an unwashed wet dog!

I visited Amsterdam several times , and this is probably the first time I enjoyed my stay in an hotel. The hotel is in Rembrandtpkein. It's center location where everything is near you.( 15 minutes walking to Leidsplein, 13 to dam square and 20 minutes walking to central station) Also the public transportation is 2 minutes walking from the hotel. The room size is very good , not small such other hotels .The WiFi is fast and works very well. Also the price is good compared to other hotels in Amsterdam. The staff is very friendly and helpful The room and the bathroom are clean . It's my perfect stay when I go to Amsterdam next time.

Staff were pleasant and the room was comfortable and clean. Could do with a little modernisation. Very noisy at night due to pubs and clubs close by, had to buy earplugs. The room had no tea or coffee facilities, and I had to pay to get some. I've always had tea and coffee in every other hotel I've been in, so this surprised me, as the room was on the pricier side. The best thing was how comfortable the bed was, and the location. Only a few metres from bars, clubs, coffee shops and restaurants.

Our groups stay was amazing! Youโ€™re literally in Rembrandt Square which is a very touristy area but in the best way possible. Outside the hotel door Is every type of food imaginable. Italian, Sushi, Dutch, Argentinian, etc. There are 6 coffee shops not even a 3 minute walk from the hotel door. You are also a 5-10 min bike ride to anywhere you would want to go and 20-30 min walk. Everyone one on here complains that this place has a lot of steps and no elevator. All I have to say is WELCOME TO AMSTERDAM! Stop being an out of shape cry baby. My girlfriend and I stayed on the top floor and had to climb over 70 steps... PS; She sprained both of her ankles before we left for the trip and was in a walking boot because it was so bad. She was able to manage the steps just fine. Peter the owner of the hotel was the best! Because of my girlfriends injury we needed ice to help with the swelling. Trying to find ice in Amsterdam is like trying to find water in the desert. However Peter had reusable ice packs that he kept constantly cold for us, it was a massive help! Peter also got us a deal on a few cabs and he is super informative and can point you in the right direction with anything you need. The rooms are super clean, cozy and nicely decorated. Having your own personal shower is also a huge benefit to staying here. The beds are an American queen size and comfortable. People also like to complain about the noise. On the weekends if the windows are open you feel like youโ€™re at the party, also the party on the square doesnโ€™t stop until 5am Friday and Saturday. However if you close those windows you canโ€™t hear anything. Overall itโ€™s an amazing place to stay in amazing location with a great staff. On my next trip to Amsterdam I will absolutely stay here again. Thanks Peter for all of your help, we all look forward to seeing you again!
