Wir waren mehr als einmal dort da wir uns die Entscheidung nicht leicht gemacht haben. Alle Mitarbeiter haben uns immer sehr freundlich empfangen und die Beratung von Herrn Schulze war einfach klasse! Er hat uns prima Beraten mit viel Geduld und Probefahrten ermöglicht. Danke nochmal dafür Herr Schulze! Auch nach dem Kauf blieb der gute Eindruck bestehen, bei Kleinigkeiten wurde immer sofort freundlich weitergeholfen. Kauf und Beratung waren top, Rück ist einfach weiter zu empfehlen. At the end of the year we were looking for two pedelecs / e-bikes and found what we were looking for at Rück. We were there more than once because we didn't make the decision easy for ourselves. All employees have always welcomed us very friendly and the advice from Mr. Schulze was just great! He gave us great advice with a lot of patience and test drives. Thank you again Mr Schulze! Even after the purchase, the good impression remained, with little things always being helped immediately in a friendly manner. Purchase and advice were great, Rück is simply to be recommended.
P	Peter Möhlen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte ein großes Lob für den Kundenservice und die Werkstatt von Zweirad RÜCK loswerden. Ich musste mit einem durchaus größeren Problem (Freilauf defekt an einem eher hochwertigem Trekkingrad) an die Reparaturannahme wenden. Dort wurde sofort ein Garantiefall erkannt und das Hinterrad binnen weniger als 48 Stunden ausgetauscht - und das just zum Frühlingsanfang, der Zeit des Saisonstarts, in der das Geschäft im Fahhradhandel brummt und die Werkstatt sicher mehr als ausgelastet ist. Toll, da fühlt man sich als Kunde sehr gut aufgehoben! Respekt und Dank! Weiter so!

Und bin dann im Laden auch sehr gut beraten worden, habe mein Rad dann auch nach einigen Dinge die ich gerne geändert hatte, sofort mitnehmen können. Bin super zufrieden. Ob beim Radkauf oder bei Problemen mit der Einstellung oder wie heute mit einer teuren Serienausstattung meines Fahrrad. Einmal versucht es nachzubessern, dann sofort anstandslos ohne bitten oder Murren durch funktionellere Alternative ersetzt. Wie immer zufrieden. Service ist halt alles. Mal schauen wie die Inspektion im nächsten Monat verläuft. Mit Sicherheit auch 5 ?. From because of service desert Germany, that applies elsewhere but not here. Man kann in Ruhe sich erst selbst ein Überblick verschaffen, es drängt sich nicht sofort ein Verkäufer auf. Ich bin rundum zufrieden. And you cannot get it any cheaper in GERMANY! According them him.. That's just ridiculous and insane, i recommend you to buy somewhere else! this place is not friendly, nice or a place i would ever go again.
