Ein Stern ist viel zu viel, um diesen "Kundendienst" zu bewerten. Mein Mann und ich mussten unseren Auftrag für fast 2 Monate mit dieser Firma verfolgen. Als es schließlich nach erbärmlichen Ausreden des Unternehmens eintraf, enthielt es kein entscheidendes Element. Dies haben uns die Dienstleister natürlich nicht mitgeteilt. Wir mussten einen anderen Auftrag für den Teil platzieren, über den der Dienstleister direkt mit Smeg in Kontakt treten musste und dann mit den Informationen zu uns zurückkehrte. Das war vor zwei Wochen. Jedes Mal, wenn wir diese Firma angerufen oder gemailt haben, haben sie immer dumme Entschuldigungen und versprechen immer, zu uns zurück zu kommen, was nie passiert. Wir mussten immer eine Antwort verfolgen. Diese Verzögerungen haben uns solche Unannehmlichkeiten verursacht. Unser Freezezer hält über dem Gefrierpunkt und beeinträchtigt den Rest unseres Kühlschranks, entweder friert unser Essen ein oder verderbt es. Es scheint sie nicht zu kümmern. One star is far too much to rate this “Kundendienst”. My husband and I have had to chase our order with this company for almost 2 months. Once it eventually arrived after pathetic excuses from the company, it did not include a crucial element. This, of course, the service providers failed to inform us about. We had to place another order for that part which a the service provider had to contact Smeg about directly and then get back to us with the information. This was two weeks ago. Every time we have called or emailed this company, they always have silly excuses and always promise to get back to us, which never happens. We always have had to chase a response. These delays have caused us such inconvenience. Our freeezer keeps over freezing and affecting the rest of our fridge, either freezing our food or spoiling it. They don’t seem to care.

When it finally arrived, after the company's pathetic excuses, it contained no critical element. Of course, the service providers did not inform us of this. We had to place another order for the part about which the service provider had to contact Smeg directly and then come back to us with the information. That was two weeks ago. Every time we have called or emailed this company they always have silly excuses and always promise to come back to us which never happens. We always had to pursue an answer. Mein Miele Trockner wurde dort instandgesetzt, funktioniert noch jetzt nach Jahren einwandfrei.

Mir wurde telefonisch mitgeteilt wie ich den Fehler an unserem Backofen beheben kann und das eine Reparatur seinerseits teurer wäre . Ich finde, daß das ehrlich ist und keine abzocke ist.
I was told over the phone how I can fix the fault on our oven and that repairs would be more expensive. I think that's honest and not a rip off.

Hallo, habe gerade angerufen wegen neuer Knöpfe für unseren Herd. Die Dame war sehr höflich am Telefon. Aber neue Knöpfe kann ich nicht bestellen ohne den Kundendienst zu beauftragen. Sowas geht gar nicht!!!!!!!!

Sehr kompetenter Mitarbeiter. Da alle Marken hat er gewissenhaft recherchiert und uns Preis bei Reparatur oder Ersatz mitgeteilt. Fanden wir ehrlich. Haben nur lange versucht das Unternehmen zu erreichen . Werden wir bei Problemen mit unseren Elektrogeräten wieder kontaktieren.

Ein netter kleiner Laden den es schon gibt solange ich denken kann. Schade das solche Betriebe so Probleme haben nachwuchs zu finden. Ich kann nur gutes darüber sagen ?
A nice little shop that has been around for as long as I can remember. It's a shame that such companies have such problems finding offspring. I can only say good things about it ?

Habe vor : Wochen eine Anfrage für die Reparatur eines Trockners mit Fotos geschickt. Leider bis heute keine Reaktion. Da ich den Trocknet benötige, habe ich eine andere Firma damit beauftragt.
