The staff were great, with particular thanks to a trainee Bobby who helped me so much as I'm coleic, and Sandra the chef...with people like this the Banks Mansion will continue to be a success. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My home more than 6000 miles away, yet in banks mansion amsterdam I felt like I'm still in my ?. Staffs all are great ?. Very nice breakfast ?. Cleanliness superb. I strongly recommend this hotel to any tourists heading to Amsterdam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic hotel with friendly staff and a warm welcome atmosphere. Free drinks all round with a daily cheese platter makes it even better.
The rooms are clean and spacious (for Amsterdam). A basic breakfast is served daily in the well equipped kitchen area.

The hotel staff was super accommodating, the facility is very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the 24/7 snacks, coffee and bar were over the top! We will definitely be coming back when we return to Amsterdam, highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed there for six days and it was incredible. Breakfast is nice, you can always get any drinks you want and the service was outstanding. The room was also so comfy that we hardly went outside omitting the central location.
I hope to come to Amsterdam soon again and then I will definitely stay at this wonderful hotel full of nice people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for a few days before catching a river cruise through Europe. Unique boutique type hotel. Has A/C which isn't very common in Europe apparently. Cozy quaint atmosphere makes you feel at home. Love the lounge and open bar self service concept. They focus on an all inclusive experience and mini bar in the rooms is included also. Breakfast also very nice and has decent options with an omelet station & pancakes etc. Typical breakfast food. ? we got the Junior suite for more space which was nice an roomy although the other rooms are a decent size as well. In the heart of the city with many places to walk to and right by the canal. Many restaurants just minutes away. Great spot if you don't want to have to travel by taxi or uber to get places. I would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in Amsterdam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely beautiful. Lovely rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Free decanters and mini bar in rooms and help yourself bar downstairs. Wine buffet and cheese trolley in the evening. Beautiful continental selection and cooked to order breakfast. An amazing experience ❤❤
