★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liften al jaar en dag kapot, erg warm in de zomer, parkeren kan gewoon eigenlijk niet zelfs als bewoner.
Lifts broken for years and days, very hot in the summer, parking is not even possible as a resident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte organisatie. Let er goed op dat alle formulieren kloppend zijn want je kan bij uittreden hoge rekeningen verwachten die volkomen onterrecht zijn. Ze zijn ook zeer laks in onderhoud en contact leggen is nagenoeg onmogelijk.
Very bad organization. Make sure that all forms are correct because you can expect high bills that are completely unfair when you leave. They are also very lax in maintenance and making contact is virtually impossible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in this student house since 1 year and I can‘t really complain. The renting price is completely appropriate and you can ask for ‚huurtoeslag‘ which is a subsidy from the city.
The area around the house is quite safe and there are amenities closeby (supermarket „Vomar“, drugstore „Kruidvat“, some eating places, a hospital, a cheap store „Action“, and also well-known snackbars like McDonalds, KFC and BurgerKing.
Also, there is a furniture store closeby (Ikea), it takes approximately 10-15 minutes to walk there.
The metro station Holendrecht is around 7 minutes away by walking. There is a bus station as well (5 minutes away) with busses going to Amsterdam Oost, Bijlmer Arena, Utrecht, and Purmerend.
All in all, its a good location.
