★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 5 products from Boretti, the wine cooler has a really basic display, when you touch a button, the whole display fades out for a half sec. The stove's burners does not fire up most of the times. Asked for service, they cannot make a proper appointment, only a day and not when you have the time but when they have the time. Very flexible, hah? Then they inform you one they before scheduled appointment when they are coming but when you wanna cancel that coz it is not good then you hold the line for 60 minutes to talk to them. For this amount of money this is the worst service on the planet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, my house has the entire Boretti line. Oven, cellar, dishwasher. The oven display broke several times. The technician is never friendly. Currently, we have been out of the dishwasher for 3 months. The technician came a month ago (the same person), damaged an eletric part and ordered a new one. Now we have been waiting for 1 month for it.
Never buy this brand!!!
I want to report the ridiculous situation I’m passing through, in the middle of this pandemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a malfunction which took 6 weeks to get repaired. The mechanic was not friendly. When it was repaired shocks came out of the dishwasher two days after being fixed. After yet another week waiting the mechanic said it was out fault as there was water between the wires. We have this thing for 9 years now and never did this occur until they "repaired" it. Now not a day later a different malfunction occurs. Don't do this people it is not worth the hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waiting for two weeks for a response to my service request to fix my Boretti oven. Every time I call them, I am told they are very busy and someone will come back to me, so far this hasn't happened. The receptionist is polite and as helpful as she can be but I am not able to get past her and speak to anyone who makes the decisions about planning an appointment and I am no entering the third week without a working oven. I think this company really has to improve on their customer care, waiting this long for a non-automated response is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's taken over 8 weeks and STILL WAITING to get a refrigerator repaired: 3 weeks before availability of technician, 3 weeks to wait for the part, then the day of the appointment it was cancelled and rescheduled 2 weeks later due to lack of technicians available. Boretti came as a part of our house purchase and we will never decide to install this brand ourselves EVER in the future.
