K	Kaveh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liked · Very well located, wonderful staff (always friendly and helpful), free-of-charge in-room breakfast due to COVID-19 situation. Reasonable price for very good service! Oh... and one more, wonderful Harry Potterish staircase :-) Disliked · It would have been nice to be able to open the windows or the balcony door to get fresh air. Windows are not really soundproof, so you can hear the noises (a few bars next to the hotel and drunk people hanging around after mid-night)
D	Der_ Schieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Central location with short distances to the city center. Spacious and modern furnished rooms. The service is very courteous and friendly. Tip: book a parking space online in one of the surrounding garages, as the hotel does not have its own parking space.

Breakfast was okay but the staff were very loud (and didn't know I spoke Dutch so were not very discrete!) However the walls are paper thin, unfortunately. You hear every sound in the corridor and on the street. Someone closing their door is loud enough to wake you up - even with earplugs! This was not very comfortable. I would recommend it to good sleepers only!

Air conditioning seemed to not properly be working. Even during Covid-19 crisis, we have always felt safe and breakfast was properly organized in shifts to not crowd people in the same room at the same time.

The team and management went out of their way to help us during this difficult time, and were extremely accommodating when eg. we needed workspace, flexible reservation arrangements to visit out relatives, or arranging an impromptu birthday surprise. We could not have found a better place during this challenging time. Thanks to the entire team, from management to housekeeping, for their case and service. We recommend this place wholeheartedly to others.

Staff were always pleasant and helpful, which is especially appreciated during these difficult times. They couldn’t do enough for us. They are a tremendous asset to the hotel. Would really recommend.

I booked a room for 1 night, and the Netherlandish government announced the lockdown for Christmas four days before my departure so I had to cancel the trip. I called the establishment and they did not care, they charged me for the night and didn't even offer to change the dates, while being extremely unpleasant about it all. I recommand to stay away from booking any rooms to that hotel while Covid is still a thing, as they "kindly" said I should have done ! Well done for tourism in a period of worldwide crisis...
