Very good service and friendly staff (this also applies to the location in Rotterdam where we have been). We have found a beautiful sofa and we are very happy with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit is een (h)eerlijke winkel. Zeer goede service. Vriendelijke mensen. En niet te vergeten: prachtige meubels. Wij hebben uitstekende service gekregen toen onze bank na een bepaalde periode scheuren bleek te vormen (vanwege de stof). Wij mochten een nieuwe stof uitzoeken. En onze bank werd geheel vervangen. Een hele warme douche, wij komen graag terug.
This is a very honest store. Very good service. Friendly people. And not to forget: beautiful furniture. We received excellent service when our bank appeared to form cracks after a certain period (due to the dust). We were allowed to pick out a new substance. And our bank was completely replaced. A very hot shower, we will gladly return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hebben bij de Tafelaar een prachtige bank gekocht :) We werden fijn ontvangen in de winkel met een kopje koffie en er werd echt de tijd genomen om ons te helpen en eerlijk te adviseren. Onze bank is ook mooi op tijd geleverd. Kortom een top winkel met een goede service! Mocht je op zoek zijn naar een kwalitatief goede (en betaalbare ;) bank of bijvoorbeeld een tafel of kast, ga dan zeker eens langs bij De Tafelaar.
We have bought a beautiful sofa at De Tafelaar :) We were welcomed in the shop with a cup of coffee and we really took the time to help us and give honest advice. Our sofa is also delivered on time. In short, a top store with good service! If you are looking for a high-quality (and affordable;) sofa or, for example, a table or cupboard, then definitely visit De Tafelaar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional attitude. After visiting the showroom in Amsterdam, the lady claimed that the couch I liked was on display at the showroom in The Hague and advised me to there. I went to the showroom in the Hague only to find out that theres no such couch in display and advised me to go their warehouse. A complete logistical screw up and waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a showroom model and they said they needed a new sofa to replace and deliver to us (it was informed in the moment of the purchase), but the problem is the new sofa never arrived! what we hear is "more 2 weeks", "more 3 weeks". They offered other options which were not a good option for us, so now we are still waiting.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for a sofa, was promised delivery mid-September. It is now 2nd week of October and still no delivery. No support from the store - we are told that they have emailed the delivery agent. Can't get hold of the agent on the phone.
