★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb een overlijdensrisicoverzekering via Hera Life lopen. Het contact verloopt uiterst moeizaam met de medewerkers. Ik verbaas me ook over de 5 sterren die mensen geven aan deze maatschappij. Er gaat bij mij steeds iets niet goed met de afschrijvingen en ik kwam er laatst achter dat ik al maanden iet betaald heb. Er gaat dan geen belletje bij Hera Life branden... Bijzonder, dan heb je het administratief echt niet op orde!
 I have a term life insurance policy through Hera Life. It is very difficult to communicate with the employees. I am also amazed at the 5 stars people give to this company. Something always goes wrong with my debits and I recently found out that I haven't paid for months. Then Hera Life won't ring a bell... Special, then you really don't have the administrative order!
