M	Michaela Nepejchalová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very steep stairs, rooms or reception not accessible for people with mobility problems. Much smaller room than it looks in pictures and the only socket in the room is behind the bed's headboard, also completely unaccessible. The lamp on the nightstand is really funny because there's no way to plug it in. (UPDATE: They moved us to a better room so I'm adding a star. Anyway only two of four sockets work here, the lamp doesn't work and the ventilator? The same case; also it's really dirty.) Also the bathroom is not that clean I would like it to be. The only good thing about this place is the facade and the location. Too expensive for this poor service and you have to pay the city tax upon arrival, not when booking the place, which is not mentioned before. Definitely not going back again.
J	Jason Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was ok. The bed was acceptable the t.v. did not work room had no phone. On the plus side it was warm and it was nice having a balcony though it to cold to sit out there and enjoy it to long.
l	lou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the rooms are very very small and so is the bed. one of us had to sleep on the edge of the mattress the entire night. it did not look very clean on arrival. the light switch was behind the headboard of the bed, meaning that if we sat on the bed the headboard would press against it and turn the lights off. one of the two outlets in the room was also half behind the headboard. i know they give a warning about the stairs when you book this hotel but they’re so steep and narrow that it feels dangerous to climb them. i held my breath every time i walked upstairs. and lastly i accidentally forgot a shirt that i hung up in the closet. i called them to tell them that i had left it there, and was told they could not find it. which means someone from housekeeping stole it, since it was just hanging in the closet and i told them what room we were in. it was fine for one night, but next time i’ll splurge a little bit to get a hotel that’s at least half decent.

Understood that it was not a cancellable booking but just wanted to move the dates and they have been very unhelpful and it looks like I will lose my money, would not advise booking this hotel.
A	Ariana Bermudez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are booking and see this comment. Read through it. Summary: don't book here, save yourself some pain. They won't refund even if you have COVID. I was recently covid positive and had to cancel my trip because I can't travel like this. I even sent an email 5 days before coming to this place explaining the situation and no answer at all. I made an international call and asked, and they instead of understanding the situation, they threaten me about posting reviews in google. I literally couldn't understand how they don't check their inbox, but they check reviews. For me, they took my money from 10 days stay, my savings from a year as a student, and they didn't care. I won't recommend this place to anybody because the very very late response in the email and the threatening tone of voice was enough to spoil the holidays. Bad soup.
A	ANTONIA PETRAKI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience. Dont stay in this hotel. The room was very dirty, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, and the closet was broken ,too. The service was rude. We asked them to change our room, and they told us that they could do nothing. We paid for two nights, but we didn't stay even for one hour. Don't go there
M	Matthieu Clay (Lagger) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, and thankfully so. The price is reasonable, we understand why. The room doesn't look like the pictures at all, very small and very dirty. As a bonus, we were lucky enough to find some leftovers from a fast food certainly ate by the customers before us at lunchtime. This raises the question of cleaning... the sheets were also not very clean. During the night I saw a bug or tick crawling on the sheets and my girlfriend had pimples on her body. Same thing for me.. Anyway we do not recommend this hotel. Even though the price was attractive, we would have liked to have been warned of these drawbacks.
