E	Enes Dogan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was with my wife over a long weekend in Amsterdam and stayed at the Hyatt Regency. brief feedback on the hotel and staff: the hotel is modern and in good condition. The hotel is totally understaffed, the breakfast buffet is waiting too long, the room service takes forever. But what we found worst was that there was no housekeeping service. With the hotel standard of 5 stars this is the minimum. After the second night you will only get a service after request.
C	Celia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great time on both stays. Excellent staff at the reception. Spacious and thoroughly clean rooms. Beautiful decorations. Nice breakfast buffet selection. The bar area is cosy with a variety of drinks.

The service staff in the restaurant seems quite lost and definitely not up to expectations, the reception staff was great. Rooms are nice and pretty quiet. Will come back if the price is right.

Very near a metro/tram stop and easy to get to from airport (40 mins). Staff are friendly and helpful, great amenities include a good big gym for a hotel, sauna and steam room. The food was excellent and you must try the coffee. Spacious rooms.

R	Rebecca Esl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible expérience because of the noise!! The phonic isolation is very very bad. You hear the tramway until 1am and you cannot sleep. When we asked to change our room (located 3rd level) the man said we didn’t book a room on the other side which is more expensive: excuse me ?? I booked a 5* hotel room and for that standing and that price I deserve a minimum of peace in my room to sleep! Furthermore the no solution proposed, he dared to tell us “have you seen how noisy the city center is?” I stayed in a 5* hotel in Bangkok city center and trust me it was quiet in my room and outside is nothing compared with Amsterdam! This is absolutely not a professional answer and attitude to have with customer! Anyway we will not come back at this hotel, even 4* were better when we came last time. I do not recommend at all either for professional nor leisure time.
G	Giovana Barrillari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely stay. Service was extremely friendly. The room was spacious and quiet. I was concerned because the trams pass by the hotel and I have light sleep, however it was very quiet at night and I had a wonderful sleep. The location is about 30mins walk to the city center, or just a few minutes by tram/metro (public transport is great and very convenient). The breakfast was amazing, one of the best I had (buffet), served until 11am. The gym is well equipped, the spa consists in two saunas (one wet and one dry). Restaurant was closing at 8pm due to latest lockdown (visited 20-21 Nov), however there was a menu with a few options to order in the room from 8pm - 11pm. I thought the options were good and convenient. They kept our luggage after check-out so we could enjoy the city a bit more before leaving :) Everything was perfect, no problems at all really. If I had to share cons/feedback on improvements: the towels could be a bit larger, there was no coat hanger when entering the room. I'll definitely visit Hyatt again, had a great service!

The front desk staff was helpful. They ordered our cab to the airport & promptly delivered items to our room. We had a suite upgrade & it was lovely. Walk in closet. Heated bathroom floors with a separate shower and tub. Nice seating area. Comfortable beds. A cool nightlight feature next to the bed for using the bathroom at night without disturbing your sleeping companions.
