Kwam even kijken voor inspiratie, maar ging voor de tweede keer weg met een keuken.
Popped in for inspiration but left with a kitchen for the second time.

HELLO KITCHEN = NO KITCHEN Ik had vandaag om 12:00 uur een afspraak met deze vestiging voor een oriënterend gesprek voor mijn nieuwe keuken . Om 12:15 zelf maar contact opgenomen waar mijn telefoontje bleef. Om half 1 werd ik benaderd dat binnen nu en enkele minuten de vestiging mij zou bellen... Tegen 14:00 uur heb ikzelf maar weer contact opgenomen dat ik nog geen reactie had ontvangen... Wederom zou ik gebeld worden... Inmiddels weer een uur verder (3 uur na de originele afspraak) en geen telefoon of bericht gehad. Dit geeft weinig vertrouwen in een onderneming, als ze het op voorhand al niet hun afspraken kunnen nakomen...hoe zou het dan zijn als je er überhaupt een keuken besteld.

Meanwhile another hour further (3 hours after the original appointment) and had no phone or message. This gives little confidence in a company, if they cannot fulfill their agreements in advance ... what would it be like if you ordered a kitchen at all.

Super tevreden over deze keukenzaak! Hier werkt vriendelijk personeel, staan voor alle opties open om je te helpen en mee te denken. Ze werken met passie en vooral met veel kennis. Wij kwamen blanco de keukenzaak binnen en met een heel goed gevoel en super mooi concept liepen we de winkel weer uit! We kregen zelfs nog mooie 3D tekeningen toegestuurd en na wat overleg en inmeten hebben we hier onze mooie keuken gekocht voor in ons huis. Communicatie is echt top, je word tijdig geïnformeerd over de levering en montage-dagen etc. We zijn zelfs zo tevreden dat we een 2e keuken besteld hebben hier voor ons appartement.
Super satisfied with this kitchen store! Friendly staff work here, are open to all options to help you and to think along. They work with passion and above all with a lot of knowledge. We entered the kitchen store blank and with a very good feeling and a super nice concept we walked out of the store! We even received beautiful 3D drawings and after some consultation and measurement we bought our beautiful kitchen for our house. Communication is really great, you will be informed in time about the delivery and assembly days etc. We are so satisfied that we have ordered a second kitchen for our apartment.

Afspraak was verplaatst van 13:00 naar 16:00. Advies was niets waard, leek dat we daar helemaal niet welkom waren. Ik denk zelfs dat we minder ontvangen waren, omdat we hetero paar zijn. Gastheer aan einde van gesprek vroeg of we 3 uur willen wachten, dan maakt hij 3d tekening (die belooft was bij afspraak planning). Vervolgens was voorgesteld opsturen naar email. Dat was mandje geleden tot nu toe niets ontvangen. Budget was 12 duizend. Een keuken vonden we leuk, maar aleen in de brochure. Werkelijkheid was anders!
Appointment was moved from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Advice was worth nothing, seemed we were not welcome there at all. In fact, I think we were less received because we are a straight couple. At the end of the conversation, the host asked if we would like to wait 3 hours, then he makes a 3d drawing (which was promised by appointment planning). Then it was suggested sending to email. That was nothing received until now basket ago. Budget was 12 thousand. We liked a kitchen, but only in the brochure. Reality was different!

Ongelofelijk slechte service. Alles ging mis en meedenken doen ze niet, ze willen dat je voor iedere kleine aanpassing honderden euro's meer betaald. Bij aanschaf werd een levertijd van 9 weken beloofd, een week nadat we hadden getekend werd doodleuk verteld dat het 12 weken werd en uiteindelijk is het 20 weken geworden! Ongekend. Bij het inmeten van de keuken hebben ze zonder overleg bepaalde keuzes gemaakt, waardoor de leidingen niet achter de kastjes pasten. En uiteindelijk hebben wij 2x de aansluitingen moeten wijzigen, omdat de informatie op de technische tekening niet klopte. Er werd voorafgaand aan het plaatsen gezegd dat het wel goed kwam, maar het hoofdkantoor had tegen de beste man gezegd dat als er ook maar 1 ding net niet uitkomt, hij lekker naar huis kon gaan - ongeacht dat was betaald om de keuken in elkaar te zetten en te plaatsen. Gelukkig wilde de monteur wel helpen, hoewel hij natuurlijk zijn best niet meer hoefde te doen. Hij weigerde een hoekje van 3 cm uit te zagen aan de achterzijde, wat het probleem op zou lossen en aan het eind van de dag hadden we maar een halve keuken. Zelfs hetgeen hij af had kunnen maken, was niet af. Bij Küchendirect vinden ze het normaal dat zij wel tekeningen en leveringsafspraken mogen wijzigen en fouten mogen maken, maar niet dat een klant een foutje van enkele centimeters maakt. Coulance werkt 2 kanten op dacht ik, helaas geldt dat niet bij Küchendirect. Wij kopen nooit meer een keuken bij deze zaak.

It was said prior to the installation that it would be fine, but the head office had told the best man that if even one thing just didn't work out, he could go home - regardless of what had been paid to put the kitchen together. put and place. Fortunately, the mechanic was willing to help, although of course he didn't have to do his best anymore. He refused to cut a 3 cm corner at the back which would solve the problem and at the end of the day we only had half a kitchen. Even what he could have finished was not finished. At Küchendirect they think it is normal that they may change drawings and delivery agreements and make mistakes, but not that a customer makes a mistake of a few centimeters. I thought leniency works in both directions, unfortunately that does not apply to Küchendirect. We will never buy a kitchen from this store again.

Top geholpen in son bij hello kitchen. Verkoper florian en jeroen denken met je mee en hebben wat ons betreft geen loze beloftes gemaakt. Alles netjes geleverd en geplaatst en op tijd.. voor ons een dikke voldoende en zkr een aanrader voor andere mensen.
Great help in son at hello kitchen. Seller Florian and Jeroen think along with you and have not made empty promises as far as we are concerned. Everything neatly delivered and placed and on time .. a big enough for us and highly recommended for other people.

Another huge shop with multiple full scale show models of kitchens, not too expensive and very expensive units. Must be a store from Germany seen its name. Every Sunday open. Parking space plentiful for free in this 'Furniture Boulevard'.

Please beware of this kitchen store before you sign anything. I recently had an introductory meeting with Hello Kitchen Son(10th of October, 2020). During our appointment, the kitchen advisor asked me to sign an initial agreement. I don't speak Dutch at all and trusted him to sign it. I was naive not to ask about the terms. From my side, I thought this is an agreement to get a quote. During our discussion, the kitchen advisor showed me some smart appliances that I was interested in. But in the paper, he used totally different models(for oven and microwave oven). I found out that only when I went back home and checked the model numbers on the internet. I called him immediately and he apologized and assured me that these models will be replaced with the same quote. Furthermore, the kitchen layout he drew during our discussion was not compatible with my kitchen floorplan. He made that mistake while drawing this. I asked him repeatedly that I need to see the final layout. I want to add more cabinets and would like to know how much it would cost as I need to see whether this is within my budget or not. He told me that he will start with a basic plan and then he wants to add later. If I knew that this is an official kitchen contract, I would have never signed it. Why would I as nothing was finalized? On the following day, I went to the kitchen store again and asked the kitchen adviser I met a day before that I don't know the terms and conditions and I don't know what I signed. I showed my concern. He told me that don't worry a final agreement will be signed when we finalize everything. He told me that a green paper that he gave me contains all the terms, but this is in Dutch. He did not explain anything in English. I was quite worried and showed my concern by emailing them on Monday(12th of October) that I don't want to proceed without finalizing everything. And then in the following day, they sent me some attachments with a kitchen layout that is not compatible with my kitchen floorplan. Please note that they totally ignored the concerns I showed by email on the previous day. I then sent them another mail and told them that I don't want to proceed with this renovation. I can't trust them as they put different model number than what was discussed. The kitchen sketch that was created during our appointment and the email they sent to me is totally wrong. Now the kitchen company informed me that if I decide to cancel then they will charge me. I had no clue that it was an agreement that I can’t cancel. They did not explain anything. I find several issues here. First of all, this is their obligation to explain to me what is this paper about and all the terms. They did not explain to me a single bit about terms and cancellation terms. Why do I need to pay for it? I find this extremely unfair. They don’t even know my floorplan properly. The appliances they mentioned in the paper are not discussed. I feel that as a consumer my rights are violated here. I am sure there are many other people who will fall into this kind of trap. This kind of practice must be stopped. A kitchen company shall not trick a customer to sign a paper with some basic planning without finalizing anything. I was naïve to trust them but I feel that consumer rights are not well protected here. I feel that they took the opportunity by using my venerability of not knowing Dutch.
