β β β β β Good location. Handy to trains and bikes. Shops are near by. Fantastic laid back atmosphere. Bronzed beautiful Dutchies everywhere cruising the massive amounts of canals. Use the boat. No car needed. Get a bike, it's flat, everyone does.

β β β β β This one was challenging. We didn't realize we didn't get any towels, and there was no phone to call for towels. Made for a hectic morning...A/C didn't work, and the room was quite hot.

β β β β β It is a very nice, modern and clean hotel. Close to a Metrostation.
According to a bad windstorm in germany our train got cancelled and we could'nt arrive on time unfortunately. I directly called the hotel, everybody was very nice but nobody cared about our lost day and lost money. No accommodation with something. Very sad for this big named hotel. But all in all our stay in the hotel was good.

β β β β β I read some people complaining about size of the room for a 4 star hotel.Just to clarify, this hotels are kind of business hotels, they have been originally thought and created to accommodate guests only for one or two nights for business trip, therefore their strengh isn't the size of the room but the amenities they offer, from restaurants to bars and spaces to hold meetings. Also the location,Rai,reflects that.Of course tourists can choose it as well, as I did, to have a quality hotel which would have been a lot more expensive in central Amsterdam. City Centre is not far, should be about 7 km from there, if you get the tram you'll be there in 30 minutes or so.The hotel meets all requirements of a 4 star hotel.Very good breakfast ,cleanliness at high standard and overall no complaints to do.Rooms very comfortable

β β β β β The room is nice - clean and spacious. Free minibar, tea and coffee in the room. To the metro 7 minutes on foot. You can park your car for free on the road, but not right next to the hotel (there is paid parking), but a little further away. Parking at the hotel is 24 euros. Overall ok, but breakfast was not very good and coffee for breakfast was not tasty. In addition, everyone was without masks - both the staff and the visitors. Only 2 elevators for such a tall building - to go to breakfast the elevator waited 15 minutes.

β β β β β A very lovely hotel right on the water. I was on the 16th floor so I had a very lovely view of the city and surrounding areas. Close to downtown. The hotel room was spacious and better than I expected. It had a microwave, fridge with five cans of drinks for the guests, a sink, and lots of storage space. The reception was great, very warm and welcoming.
