★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visisted on of my friends there and it seems pretty nice, but upon registering for housing myself I was shocked that you have to pay a fee of 100€(!!!) just to apply for housing and then you are not even sure if you get an apartment. Honestly I think this is kind of a rip-off for students that desperately need an apartment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very cozy place where you do not lack anything, I spent a year there and I have been very comfortable. A small downside is that it is a bit expensive and that it is far away. Finally, it fells bad to have had a great experience and that they finish the renting taking away a part of the deposit being that we had left the house spotless, it gives me the feeling that with the theme of the deposit instead of being legal they are going to make money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived on the campus for +5 years with great pleasure and comfort. The building (common areas, hallways etc) is always clean. The helpdesk and security are always friendly and helpful. It also helps that the security make rounds through the buildings so you always feel safe. The studio/appartement I lived in was nicely decorated, but I did change/swap some of it to make it more my own, but again I've lived there for +5 years, lived in numerous rooms etc in Amsterdam for the years before (I think 4-5 different placed in 3 years), so I think that says enough. Would recommend 10 out of 10! :)

After having living here for a year, I can say that what my first impression was did not falter. Would 10/10 recommend

Long queue to make payments.
Product pricey and customer service not so great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a place this summer and I registered on thier waiting list when I got my proof of enrollment. Its been more than half a year now and I didn't get anything. I found something in the meantime but i feel like I wasted 100 bucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the best experience I could have for the first year of my immigration and for experiencing independence from my family. They have a 24/7 service desk, means they are there for you even if you arrive after midnight and don’t find your keys they help you. Anything more important than this???
You have access to everything you need. Train station/metro station, bus stop (2min walk), Albert Hein (downstairs 1min), Jumbo, next to Jumbo is post NL service point and a lot of small shops (9 min walk, 5min bike), small shopping center in Diemen including all necessary shops like Etos, Kruidivat, Blokker, Action, bigger Albert hein, Hema, …etc (12min bus), in front of the shopping centers you can find Diemen Municipality, in the corner you can find ABN AMRO, ING, …etc. (12min bus, 20 min bike). A small tip from me, if you’re a student choose OurCampus (old buildings) cause you can apply for housing allowance and receive around 307 monthly for paying your rent. I was totally happy with my experience and suggesting this place to all students.
