★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop owner was a very friendly gentleman who helped fix all the problems of a bike we bought online (and I tried to put together). He had it ready for us in two days and charged a reasonable price. He was also very patient when we went back for little adjustments. He also sells used bikes, had we known we would have bought one from him. Next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to edit my previous 5-star review as I have now had quite a bad experience here. I went to them with a flat tyre and they replaced the inner tube for me, no problem. But then a few days later my tyre went flat again. I figured it was just bad luck and they pretty much agreed. They replaced it again. Then a few days later it went flat again (!). This time they tell me it was because of a tear in the outer tyre and that the whole thing needed replacing. This was why my tyre kept going flat in the first place. I feel like they should have already seen this the first two times I brought my bike to them. But no, they then charged me for a whole new tyre. Along with the other 2 payments I made for repairs the first two times, I found it all a bit disheartening. They quite happily took more money than they needed to from me and it was all quite an inconvenience on top of that. Disappointed. I now go elsewhere for my bicycle repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I came here for a front tire being deflated, it was fixed and the next day it was fine.
The next day I was biking with it and after 5km the back chain fell and kept on falling (I never had problems with my chain falling in the year I owned the bike) causing me to miss my lecture and having to push the bike home.
The day after I came back and I was told I had to shorten the chain.
Having done that it was just a matter of 2/3 km before the back wheel came loose.
The 3rd time I went back telling that I had some work done on the chain and the wheel was now loose and I was rejected because they're too busy..
At least I know I won't be coming here a 4th time

I've used their services before as well, and the speed is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful customer service. Fixed my flat tire both times in just few hours. Comparing to other bicycle repair shops, service prices are much lower. Also all mechanics are professional, polite and speaks fluent english. Thank you and recommend it to everyone!
