My bank advisor is great ... but the service ... so o I stand in line for 20 minutes to be told that I should deposit my money at the machine ... as if I were stupid ... that was my concern I didn't have my card with me ...

Das SB Center ist endlich groß und freundlich gestaltet worden.
Und die Privatsphäre am Überweisungsautomaten ist auch gegeben.
Man fühlt sich endlich nicht mehr so beengt, wie es vorher war.
Deswegen gebe ich anstatt 1 Stern jetzt auch gerne 5 Sterne.
Die Filiale ist nahe der Nordstraße gelegen.
10 times better after the conversion.
The SB Center has finally been made big and friendly.
And the privacy at the transfer machine is also given.
You finally feel not as crowded as it was before.
That's why I like to give 5 stars instead of 1 star.
The branch is located near the Nordstraße.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz ehrlich, es kotzt mich an das man jetzt durch halb Düsseldorf laufen oder fahren muss. Mir tun die Leute leid die nicht mehr so gut laufen können. Und von wegen es kommen Busse, hier in Pempelfort war noch keiner
Honestly, it pisses me off that you have to walk or drive through half of Düsseldorf. I'm sorry for the people who can't walk so well anymore. And because of that there are buses coming, there has never been one here in Pempelfort

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using this branch for the last few years, actually since they opened. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Most of them could also speak English, and if they can't they ask an English speaker to help - which I find really helpful. Also since they have multiple ATMs, you need to wait less (during pandemic it's could take few more mins though).
