Statt zu helfen bei der SecureApp, wird abgewunken und der Fehler kann nur von mir kommen. So behandelt man keinen Kunden der seid über 25 Jahren bei der Bank ist. Vorallem wenn im Vorfeld eine Kollegin alles bei meinem Handy installiert hat, da diese Installationsarbeiten für mich böhmische Dörfer sind.
 Very disappointed with the service behavior of the employee.
Instead of helping with the SecureApp, the answer is given and the error can only come from me. This is not how you treat a customer who has been with the bank for over 25 years. Especially when a colleague has installed everything on my mobile phone in advance, as this installation work is Bohemian villages for me.

Nachdem ich im Telefonmenü "Hilfe" gewählt, gefühlt eine Ewigkeit (20 Min.) gewartet hatte um der Mitarbeiterin mein Anliegen zu schildern, drückte Sie mich anschließend einfach weg.
Miserable service!
After I selected "Help" in the telephone menu, had waited what felt like an eternity (20 minutes) to describe my request to the employee, she then simply pushed me away.
