★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a wool dress for dry cleaning and it now smells worse than when I took it there...perhaps they smoke in the shop? Not sure but I don't recommend this place.

They tore my blouse right on the neckline front of it. then denied that they did it and took no responsibility for the damage saying the lady who serviced it had left for the day. and for any claim of damages on my part they could not do anything but if i were to return in 10 days and speak to their boss maybe something could be done. their boss was holidaying in bali. i got no refund for the damage. and they did not complete all the laundering all garments as specified on the time i returned. i had to argue with them to refund me for this at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dry cleaning is very low quality. I got my suit back with loads of animal hair on it ( however we don't have any pets at home and I brought this suit for cleaning without any hair on it). In addition to that smell of sweat was not removed!!! What is the point of such cleaning? I got my suit back much dirtier than it was.... I don't recommend this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service they offer is just a joke. Extremely expensive and slow.
The shirts are not ironed properly and it is ridiculous to pay 4.5 euro for such and awful ironing.
For two suits they need 4-5 working days. When I picked the suits up they informed me that one of them could not be cleaned and they showed me some white marks on it. Assuming that the white marks were also there when I delivered them the suit for cleaning, I did not complained. I just asked them not not to pay for this specific suit.
The lady there refused that, by arrogantly stating “Sir you do not buy any products here, you buy the services and the services were offered”. Then she tried to explain me more and I replied that I needed no explanations, I just asked for the suits to leave and never return to this place. She continuously tried to voice over me. I repeatedly asked her to stop. Then she raised her voice and called me “cruel” and closed the doors of the place. When I told her that I would call the police she stopped.
Avoid this place for their prices, awful services and ridiculous behavior.
The story is absolutely true, and if the owner continue to doubt I will post the relevant receipt.

But I was expecting nice fresh aromatic smell (like u get out of washed clothes at home).. that was lacking?
They say you get neutral smell but in my case I still think it was a bad smell (viz. a sweaty smell that comes out of overusing of jacket) ?
