★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service and please do your self a favor not to nock on their door.. Run.. The ladies who work there.. Michelle, Caroline and Anita are arrogant and have no clue how to deal with VIP client..so not difficult to image how they treat regular client. Our apartment end in a nightmare situation and created so much stress on our family.

They provide very poor service and are here just to defend owners/landlords not to help you with any question. The end of our 1-year Amsterdam experience was a nightmare because of them. Stay away from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First meeting with Anniek and Carolijn was informative and friendly. Communication can be described as transparent, quick and clear. As it was our first time to rent out our apartment, we still had a lot of questions. The ladies made sure we were well informed. We handed over the key to Valerius Rentals and they arrange everything, from photographer to viewings, which is very helpful as we are busy at work. When there's an update, we get a call or email immediately. I would highly recommend Valerius Rentals, as they go out of their way to help us!

Valerius rents and manages our property in Amsterdam and consistently provides great service both to us as landlords and to the tenants who stay in our house. We have been very pleased with their advice and knowledge of the market as well as their handling of any issues that may come up. Their property management service is great and always seeks to remedy any problems as quickly as possible so our/their tenants are happy. I'd happily recommend working with Valerius Rentals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented out my apartment via Valerius Rentals for the period 2016-2020. The onboarding process was solid and friendly. The renting out of the apartment also was no problem and they handled the whole process in a professional manner, and definitely found the perfect tenants! During the tenancy period, the crew was always very responsive (either email or phone), and very helpful in solving issues where needed. The tenants were very happy with them too, creating a harmonious relationship between all. Which is exactly what you want when living abroad and having to rely on VR's services. There might be slightly cheaper options available in Amsterdam for landlords, but I doubt if they would provide the same quality. If I had another property to rent out in Amsterdam, I would definitely choose Valerius Rentals again. Hands down! Thank you Michelle and the whole team for making renting out my old apartment a profitable and very pleasant experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs, especially if you’re an expat, the rental contracts are designed so that it is near impossible to get your deposit back, they will back the landlord no matter what, wish we’d read the other reviews on Google before we leased an apartment through them. We ended up having to take legal action to get a fair refund of our deposit back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented through Valerius Rentals a flat for a three-year duration. I was very satisfied with the level of service. Valerius Rentals has been very helpful, responsive, effective and and quick to manage the small inevitable issues from an otherwise well maintained and very nice flat.
The rental conditions were always clear and fair and in particular I got the full deposit back quickly.
