T	Teddy Mosby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt de slechtste service die ik ooit heb gezien bij een bedrijf. Hun klachten service slaat nergens op. Je belt, om het zo netjes en duidelijk mogelijk te kunnen uitleggen. Word er snel gezegd dat je maar een formulier op internet moet invullen. Heel afstandelijk. Vervolgens een formulier invullen en je moet foto's erbij sturen. Waar het probleem overigens niet goed op te zien is, daar moet echt iemand voor komen. Krijg je een mail (geen belletje ofzo) dat het eigen schuld is. Ze kunnen niks gratis OPLOSSEN of willen überhaupt gewoon niks met je te maken hebben. Ook niet een klein beetje de moeite nemen om te komen kijken of "goh wat vervelend voor u". Echt mensen, koop hier niks, maar dan ook NIKS! Na de aankoop kan je het bekijken. GA HIER NIET HEEN!! Truly the worst service I have ever seen from a company. Their complaints service makes no sense. You call to explain it as neatly and clearly as possible. It is quickly said that you just have to fill out a form on the internet. Very distant. Then fill in a form and you have to send photos. Where the problem is not clearly visible, someone really has to come for it. You get an email (no phone call or anything) that it is your own fault. They can't SOLVE anything for free or they just don't want anything to do with you at all. Not even a little bit of the trouble to come and see or "gosh how annoying for you". Really people, don't buy anything here, and then NOTHING! You can view it after purchase. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Reactie prontowonen luidt als volgt; valt niet onder de garantie want je hebt te lang verkeerd op het gedeelte van de hoekelement gezeten. (volgende keer klanten zit instructies meegeven aub)!! En mevrouw Kim durft nog de vergelijking te maken ‘ als je nieuwe schoenen koopt en op 1 schoen blijft huppelen gaat deze ook kapot’ erg professioneel, maar vergeet wel te melden dat een bank wordt gebruikt om te zitten en een schoen om te lopen. Kinderachtig Kim! Corner sofa bought it collapsed within 2 years. Prontowonen's response is as follows; is not covered by the warranty because you have sat on the part of the corner element incorrectly for too long. (next time customers please give instructions)!! And Mrs Kim still dares to make the comparison 'if you buy new shoes and keep jumping on 1 shoe, it will also break' very professional, but do not forget to mention that a sofa is used for sitting and a shoe for walking. Childish Kim!
A	Alex Brauns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verwachte leverweek 29 bleek 25 te zijn. De bank zit heerlijk (florance) wat betreft de bescherming vind ik wel dat dit gewoon op voorhand gedaan moet worden. Nu krijg je voor elke zitplaats 1 spuitbus en loop je zelf te klooien. Zeker voor de prijs vind ik at dat all-in moet zijn. Expected delivery week 29 turned out to be 25. The sofa is wonderful (florance) as far as protection is concerned, I think this should be done in advance. Now you get 1 spray can for every seat and you start messing around yourself. Especially for the price, I think it should be all-in.

Ook het overige personeel was op 'n fijne manier behulpzaam. We bought our furniture at Pronto in Eindhoven and were helped tremendously by Elke, a really good saleswoman. The rest of the staff was also very helpful.

We kwamen langs een uitverkoop hoekje en zagen een leuke schaal voor maar 1 euro er lagen meerdere items met prijzen variërend van 1 tot met 10 euro. Kwamen we bij de kassa vroeg de blondje of we 7,50 euro willen gaan aftikken. Stond echt een sticker op met 1 euro en ook goed geplakt. Mevrouw zei heel nuchter dat deze sticker erop is komen vallen. Het blijft 7.50 , het gaat niet om het bedrag maar om het principe. Dus we hebben het helaas laten staan. Hier komen we nooit meer. Went to pronto Eindhoven today beautiful store with wide choice. We passed a sale corner and saw a nice bowl for only 1 euro. There were several items with prices ranging from 1 to 10 euros. When we arrived at the cash register, the blonde asked if we wanted to pay 7.50 euros. Was really a sticker with 1 euro and also stuck well. The lady said very soberly that this sticker fell on it. It remains 7.50 , it is not about the amount but about the principle. So unfortunately we left it alone. We'll never come here again.

We ordered a set of couches and when we got them one of them was not what we have ordered, it was missing a leg and some stiches. After 2 months of waiting, they call us that new ones have arrived but that we have to come and pick it up and return you the old ones!? My husband and I had to leave our work and transport it all ourselves, bring it up, plus bring the old ones downstairs (we live in apartment) and deliver back to Pronto. If you sent us something that was a fabric mistake then it should be on you to deliver new couches and take the old ones in order to make it right and it doesn't matter if we had delivery first time or not. You should care more about your customers!
