★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We werden zeer goed geholpen door een vriendelijke verkoopster. Goed advies en niet zo'n gladde verkoper als in veel winkels op de meubelboulevard.
We were helped very well by a friendly saleswoman. Good advice and not such a slick salesman as in many shops on the furniture boulevard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze zijn echte oplichters. Ik heb begin december 2x nachtkastjes gekocht en ik zou ze in januari krijgen. Sindsdien heb ik niks van ze gehoord. Ik belde ze in maart zelf maar en toen bleek dat ze de bestelling niet hebben geplaatst. Wij hebben toen afgesproken dat ze mij compensatie zouden geven voor het lange wachten. Maar zoals je al kan raden gaf beddenreus nu geen compensatie meer... Het is onbegrijpelijk dat we niets eens op de hoogte konden worden gehouden en over service valt niet te praten. En dit allemaal voor 2 nachtkastjes!!!
Niet aan te raden dus!
They are real scammers. I bought 2x nightstands in early December and I would get them in January. Since then I haven't heard from them. I called them myself in March and it turned out that they did not place the order. We then agreed that they would compensate me for the long wait. But as you can already guess, bed giant no longer gave any compensation ... It is incomprehensible that we could not even be kept informed and there is no talk about service. And all this for 2 bedside tables !!!
Not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg fijn en professioneel geholpen bij deze zaak. De medewerkers weten echt waar ze het over hebben en geven graag persoonlijk advies, zonder opdringerig te zijn. Hier kom ik zeker vaker!
Very nice and professional help with this case. The employees really know what they are talking about and are happy to give personal advice, without being intrusive. I will definitely come here more often!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oplichters. Scammers. Estafadores. They have brought me broken furniture and nobody fixes the problem. The people at the store say it's the transport company's fault and the assemblers of the transport company say call the store. Everyone is very lazy or very useless. No one wants to solve customer problems. We have been waiting for 2 months. I have called by phone, I have written by email, by WhatsApp, I have gone back to the store... and nobody gives me the furniture that I have paid for. Verlegenheid. Shame. Vergüenza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not seen a company more irresponsible than yours. I bought the mattress in December. Your store manager informed me that the mattress is in stock and will be delivered in 1 week. Now I am waiting for 3 months to get the mattress delivered. I have been sleeping on a couch for past 2 months because of this!! This is absolutely a fraud and your company has cheated me.
