Op 21 november hebben wij een bezoek gebracht aan Brugman Keukens & Badkamers Utrecht. Wij zijn door de vestigingsmanager vriendelijk ontvangen en hebben een aantal opties m.b.t. een keukenontwerp met hem besproken. Na afloop beloofde hij een 3D ontwerp van een keukenindeling binnen enkele dagen naar ons te mailen, zodat we een vervolgafspraak voor een concrete offerte konden maken. Aangezien we na twee weken nog geen ontwerp of een reactie hadden ontvangen, zijn we opnieuw bij de vestiging langs gegaan. De betreffende medewerker beloofde het ontwerp alsnog toe te sturen, echter inmiddels drie weken later hebben we nog steeds niets ontvangen of een reactie gehad. Het is erg jammer want wij hebben serieuze plannen om een nieuwe keuken aan te schaffen en wilde dit bij Brugman Keukens doen, aangezien kennissen goede ervaringen bij Brugman Keukens hadden opgedaan. Als het opsturen van een simpele 3D opstelling al zo moeizaam gaat, vragen we ons echter af hoe het met de verdere dienstverlening en het nakomen van afspraken gaat als we daadwerkelijk een keuken zouden bestellen. Jammer, een gemiste kans!
On November 21, we visited Brugman Kitchens & Bathrooms Utrecht. We were kindly received by the location manager and discussed a number of options with regard to a kitchen design with him. Afterwards, he promised to email us a 3D design of a kitchen layout within a few days, so that we could make a follow-up appointment for a concrete quote. Since we had not received a design or response after two weeks, we visited the site again. The employee in question promised to send the design after all, but three weeks later we still have not received anything or have had a response. It is a pity because we have serious plans to purchase a new kitchen and wanted to do this at Brugman Kitchens, since acquaintances had had good experiences at Brugman Kitchens. If sending a simple 3D set-up is already so difficult, we wonder how the further service and fulfillment of agreements will go if we actually order a kitchen. Too bad, a missed opportunity!

Wat is dit helaas een hele slecht bedrijf. Heb je voor heel veel geld een gedeelte van een keuken, badkamers, etc. laten aanleggen, wil je paar jaar later wat extra's, krijg je als feedback dat de order te klein is en dus doen ze het niet. Wat een slechte klantbediening. Ga hier dus vooral niet heen, want je wordt niet geholpen. Reactie op de reactie van de eigenaar van 26/2/2022: Geachte mevrouw Verhoeven, Het spijt me maar uw reactie op mijn review op Google klopt niet. Uw collega heeft aangegeven dat onze nieuwe mogelijke order te klein is en derhalve was er geen interesse vanuit filiaal management om ons te helpen. Er hoeft helemaal geen nieuw kastwerk te komen. Dat heb ik uw collega meerdere keren uitgelegd. We hebben hele andere vragen (betreft aanvullingen op bestaande situatie zonder impact op kastwerk) en zodoende het verzoek om iemand langs te laten komen om ter plekke thuis de situatie uit te leggen. Maar omdat de nieuwe ordergrootte mogelijk te klein zou zijn, heeft filiaal management de gemaakte thuisafspraak ingetrokken. Er was vanuit Brugman dus geen interesse. Dat is het eerlijke verhaal. Als die interesse er nu ineens wel is, prima, maar dan blijf ik er bij dat jullie eerdere reactie uiterst klantonvriendelijk is… Met vriendelijke groet, Mirko Mensink.
What a very bad company this is unfortunately. Did you have a part of a kitchen, bathrooms, etc. built for a lot of money, do you want some extras a few years later, you get feedback that the order is too small and so they don't do it. What bad customer service. So don't go here, because you won't be helped. Response to owner's response of 26/2/2022: Dear Ms Verhoeven, I'm sorry but your response to my review on Google is incorrect. Your colleague has indicated that our new possible order is too small and therefore there was no interest from branch management to help us. There is no need for new cabinetry at all. I explained that to your colleague several times. We have completely different questions (concerning additions to an existing situation without impacting cabinetry) and therefore the request to have someone come by to explain the situation at home on the spot. But because the new order size might be too small, branch management has withdrawn the made home appointment. So there was no interest from Brugman. That's the honest story. If that interest is suddenly there, fine, but then I maintain that your previous response is extremely customer-unfriendly… Yours sincerely, Mirko Mensink.

Just make sure before placing order that all you requested is reflected. In my case it was not, the mismatches were not very important, just a little annoying.

I do not recommend this company to anyone and if I could, I would rate it 0 stars. Here are the reasons why. 1) We come 15 minutes early to our appointment, see the person who will be in charge of us, and they completely ignore us until the time of the appointment comes and they were on their phone beforehand (bear in mind this person got a commission) 2) They did not take into account the fact we would not have a shower basin, and measured the shower doors with a shower basin 3) They delayed our delivery without notifying us, to the point we had to rent a van and pick it up ourselves 4) When we noticed the mistake that was made with the shower door measurements we notified them of the mistake and asked for a new order at our cost of getting a new door ordered, they did not say yes, just that they would check. 5) 3 weeks later, we heard (because we chased them up, they never even bothered to get back to us) that this was our own fault and our problem and had to deal with it ourselves This is an absolutely despicable company and would not recommend it to my worst enemy. PS: all communication was held in Dutch

This is the worst company ever!!!! We need to buy from them for our bathroom renovation. Apart from the fact that they have forgotten to put a toilet to our delivery they have delivered after 3 weeks and still not all the parts we do need...Not to mention that these clowns they dont communicate anything!! They didnt tell us when to pay and then they were calling us that we havent paid upon delivery whereas we didnt receive any communication from them and on top even though we had mails proving all their mistakes they were insisting that the fault was on our side!!! If you can avoid them please run!!!no professionals at all plus no clue what they are doing

We had an appointment at brugman to discuss possibilities of renovating our bathroom. The guy who was dealing with us was very friendly. But then he asked one of his colleagues for advise related to the costs. That guy was very rude in his explanation. He should really not be in customer service. After that we immediately decided not to spend more time on this shop.

Excellent Service, i approached for extension of our kitchen cabinet, Arvid explained us in very detail with lots of patience and planned our requirements as it. Service guys also very friendly , they did a neat work. Thanks alot, i would recommend Brugman to all my friends and relatives

Three months still no solution!!! We did our kitchen with Brugman and the kitchen was measured smaller by 1,9cm therefore it leaves a bad dent on the floor. The monteur refused to sort the floor gap, he said its because the kitchen was measurement was too small. Our sales person being Bram. We also ordered extra material to cover the top but it was not delivered therefore the top was left open and the other side the stukadoor guy also left it not done. Therefore the top doesn’t look good. Having paid almost 30k for this kitchen we expected a good professional job. A bit disappointed, now it’s almost 3weeks and we have no appointment of when they will sort this out. They told us their headquarters will make the appointment...and still nothing yet...its now our burden...living with a floor like this!!it might mean all the summer period.Too bad for us!!!! The customer service was good but the finishing was bad.
