D	Diederik Bos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goed geholpen door personeel. Niet heel erg groot, dus niet alles is in de winkel te zien. Well helped by staff. Not very big, so not everything can be seen in the store.
H	Hessel Hooijmaaijer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Badkamermeubel kreeg na ca. 7 maanden vocht problemen, Verkoopadviseur aan de telefoon heeft mij afgewimpeld dat het mijn eigen schuld is (niet geheel vriendelijk) en klantenservice stuurt mij terug naar de verkoopadviseur. Blijkbaar ben ik de enige in Nederland die na het douchen niet uitgebreid alle badkamermeubels afdroogt, en is het heel raar dat ik verwacht dat een badkamermeubel tegen normaal condens moet kunnen. Kortom, slecht advies en als je de deur uit bent ontdoen ze zich van alle verantwoordelijkheid. Bathroom furniture got damp problems after about 7 months, Sales advisor on the phone has turned me away that it is my own fault (not entirely friendly) and customer service sends me back to the sales advisor. Apparently I am the only one in the Netherlands who does not extensively dry all bathroom furniture after a shower, and it is very strange that I expect that a bathroom furniture should be able to withstand normal condensation. In short, bad advice and when you are out the door they get rid of all responsibility.
S	S P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doe hier geen aankoop. Tonen totaal geen service na aankoop. Ontwerp blijkt niet te kloppen. Apparatuur past niet en ze komen totaal niet met een oplossing. Het zijn gewoon erg slechte verkopers. Als ze hun geld binnen hebben dan kan je de service vergeten. Verkoper Maurice is te triest voor woorden. 12/7: we hebben exact het ontwerp aangehouden. Opnieuw een bevestiging dat Sanidirect een zeer onbetrouwbare organisatie is. Met leugens er zelf uit proberen te komen. Do not purchase here. Show no service at all after purchase. Design turns out to be wrong. Equipment doesn't fit and they don't come up with a solution at all. They are just very bad sellers. If they have their money then you can forget about the service. Seller Maurice is too sad for words. 12/7: we adhered to the design exactly. Another confirmation that Sanidirect is a very unreliable organization. Trying to get out of it with lies.

We werden op een rustige, prettige manier geholpen en hebben in een halve dag alles inclusief montage af kunnen tikken voor een goede prijs. We zijn zeer tevreden, en raden deze winkel echt aan! In 4 hours we received excellent advice (by Richard) about our new bathroom and toilet. We were helped in a calm, pleasant way and were able to complete everything including installation for a good price in half a day. We are very satisfied, and really recommend this store!
R	Roel Meuris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel bij Sanidirect Utrecht die met je mee denken over wat de beste opties zijn en welke tegels er mooi bij zouden kunnen staan. De badkamer werd snel geleverd en ziet er na zelf geïnstalleerd te hebben prachtig uit. Enige minpuntje is dat een spiegelkast qua maat helaas toch niet past, omdat er een lichtschakelaar op die muur moest komen. Dit is helaas niet in de eerste tekening opgenomen omdat de schakelaar eerst ergens anders zou komen. Dit bleek tijdens de verbouwing echter niet mogelijk, waardoor er uitgeweken moest worden naar deze muur. De spiegelkast kan helaas niet teruggebracht/omgeruild worden. Dit omdat de maten van de kast wel standaard zijn, maar het kleurprofiel als maatwerk wordt gezien. Helpful and friendly staff at Sanidirect Utrecht who think along with you about the best options and which tiles would look good with it. The bathroom was delivered quickly and looks beautiful after self-installation. The only downside is that a mirror cabinet unfortunately does not fit in terms of size, because a light switch had to be placed on that wall. This is unfortunately not included in the first drawing because the switch would first come somewhere else. However, this turned out to be impossible during the renovation, so we had to move to this wall. Unfortunately, the mirror cabinet cannot be returned/exchanged. This is because the dimensions of the cabinet are standard, but the color profile is seen as customization.
M	Mark van der Niet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goed advies bij ontwerp van de badkamer. Nu 2 jaar later nog steeds elke dag een feestje om te douchen of badderen! Mooie producten tegen scherpe prijs. En als er wat mankeert (wat kan gebeuren) doen ze niet moeilijk een vervangend product op te sturen. Dat is service! Good advice on bathroom design. Now 2 years later still a party every day to shower or bath! Beautiful products at a competitive price. And if something is wrong (which can happen) they are not difficult to send a replacement product. That's service!

We hebben een afspraak ingepland, alles uitgezocht en samen met medewerker Richard een ontwerp gemaakt. Richard was erg vriendelijk, geduldig en luisterde goed naar onze wensen. Toen wij de volgende dag toch over iets twijfelden, was het geen probleem voor hem om nog een kleine aanpassing te maken. Ook hier nam hij weer uitgebreid de tijd voor. Sanidirect Utrecht denkt echt met je mee en geeft hele fijne persoonlijke service. Wij zijn superblij met onze inmiddels gerealiseerde badkamer! We needed a bathroom including fitting at short notice. Ismail has gone out of his way to make this possible for us. We scheduled an appointment, checked everything and made a design together with employee Richard. Richard was very friendly, patient and listened carefully to our wishes. When we were in doubt about something the next day, it was no problem for him to make a small adjustment. Again, he took plenty of time for this. Sanidirect Utrecht really thinks along with you and provides excellent personal service. We are very happy with our completed bathroom!
S	Sampreeti K R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad customer service we have an appointment at their store at 11:15am and it’s already 11:30 but no one bothers and are busy with their own work after 15 mins of wait time we ask the person at the reception are we going to be attended as we have other appointments for the day he just replies very casually we have other customers so was our time not being valued if you have other customers y do u make appointment with us ? If you cannot keep up ur time pls don’t make appointments and spoil other people s time also .
