★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slecht service onbeleefd tegen klanten. Je mag niet over na denken. Het is hier kopen of wegwezen. Offerte kreeg je niet. De prijzen die afgesproken zijn maar halve dag geldig.?????
 Bad service rude to customers. You can't think about it. It's buy or leave here. You didn't get an offer. The prices that have been agreed are only valid for half a day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele slechte ervaring gehad bij keuken concurrent! Wij wilden voor de eerste keer een keuken kopen en daar goed over nadenken, maar kregen hier de kans niet voor! Werden gepushed om te tekenen en werden niet serieus genomen toen we vertelden dat wij hier goed over na willen denken sinds het een grote uitgave is. Achteraf werden wij ook nog eens weggestuurd!
Had a very bad experience at a competitor's kitchen! We wanted to buy a kitchen for the first time and think about it carefully, but we didn't get the chance! Were pushed to sign and weren't taken seriously when told we'd like to think about this since it's a big release. Afterwards we were also sent away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited KeukenConcurrent to buy our first kitchen. They have good ideas and they use well-designed software. However, with no transparency on their prices and having to negotiate for a price they put additional buying pressure on you. All in all, I'm really glad we continued our search and partnered with another kitchen designer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having a nightmare of an experience with Keuken Concurrent, so I currently DO NOT recommend them until they fix my problem.
We bought our kitchen about 3 months ago, and the assembly was on 12/Nov. Not only it was missing 1 cabinet (they had one with the wrong color), but there was also an issue with the dishwasher and the counter was measured wrong and looked very bad.
Without the cabinet we can’t install the exhaustion fan and if we cook all the smoke and fat will go to the wall. Because the counter was wrong they did not fix it properly so now we have a safety risk for our dogs and kids in our house.
The date for replacement? 24/Dec (!!!) which is completely unacceptable! Not only we have to wait an additional 1,5 months but they want to come on Christmas Eve!
I called several times and they were very unhelpful on the phone blaming COVID for the delay on fixing this issue. Well there wouldn’t be an issue in the first place if they had a quality service.
