Geld kwijt en service Is niet professioneel. Lager dan laaggeschoolde. Behalve 1 oudere man. They gave my order to someone else. Apparently that was funny. No compensation for the inconvenience. I had to order a new one. Lost money and service Is not professional. Lower than low-skilled. Except 1 older man.

In april vorig jaar (2020) spik splinter nieuw tapijt laten leggen door Carpetright Nederland Carpetright Nederland en na 3 maanden begonnen de naden in het tapijt al te rafelen. Duidelijk info in de winkel gevraagd over de te leggen soort en deze is akkoord bevonden en door hun verlijmd op de vloer. Conclusie van carpetright, ja... dit is niet het juiste tapijt en normaal dat hij na 3 maanden rafelt bij de naden... wie verzint dit!!! Je laat toch niet voor 3000 euro tapijt leggen als je weet dat hij na 3 maanden mag gaan rafelen.... ik ben echt compleet verbaasd en boos dat dit allemaal zomaar kan!! Na een hoop bellen op 4 december een mail gestuurd met alle foto's en niks meer gehoord. Zegt meneer net doodleuk.. ja de klacht is afgewezen! Owja, dus we moeten het maar prima vinden dat ons complete pand met rafelende vloerbedekking zit.. want dat is normaal na 3 maanden... Dus mocht je ooooit vloerbedekking zoeken, blijf in godsnaam weg bij dit bedrijf. It is unbelievable !!! In April last year (2020) we had a speck of new carpet laid by Carpetright Nederland Carpetright Nederland and after 3 months the seams in the carpet already started to fray. Clear information asked in the store about the type to be installed and this has been approved and glued to the floor by them. Carpetright's conclusion, yes ... this is not the right carpet and it is normal that it fray at the seams after 3 months ... who makes this up !!! You do not have carpet installed for 3000 euros if you know that it can fray after 3 months .... I am really completely surprised and angry that this is all possible !! After a lot of calls I sent an email on December 4 with all the photos and nothing more. Mr just says casually .. yes the complaint has been rejected! Well, so we should be happy that our entire building is covered with fraying carpet .. because that is normal after 3 months ... So should you ever be looking for carpeting, for God's sake stay away from this company.
W	W B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op een drukke zaterdagmiddag staan er alleen twee oudere dames voor de verkoop. Wel hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Ongezellige winkel. Ruime keuze aan rest coupons maar het zware werk moet je zelf doen…. De korting vergaten ze in eerste instantie ? On a busy Saturday afternoon there are only two older ladies standing in front of the sale. Helpful and friendly. Uninviting shop. Wide choice of rest coupons but you have to do the heavy work yourself…. They forgot the discount at first ?

But when I told her where I was looking for I really had to explain why I wanted that kind of carpet. She looked for a few carpets. But there was nothing that I liked it and she tried to convice me for something else. When I told her where I lived she said: "yeah then you have to go to Belgium". Sorry but I still decide where I buy my carpet.
