Mal sobald man Vertrauen aufgebaut hat, wird man direkt ausgebeutet und von vorne bis hinten abgezockt. Die Rechnung war am Ende doppelt so teuer als das was besprochen wurde. Man wird indirekt gezwungen die Rechnung zu begleichen, da man sein Auto sonst nicht mitnehmen dürfte. Auf Nachfrage wieso es plötzlich so viel teurer ist und dass es nicht abgesprochen war, werden alle kuriosen Dinge aufgelistet. NIE WIEDER! NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT. REINSTE ABZOCKE. The workshop was recommended to me and the first time everything was fine and the second time, as soon as you have built up trust, you are directly exploited and ripped off from front to back. In the end, the bill was twice as expensive as what was discussed. You are indirectly forced to pay the bill, otherwise you would not be allowed to take your car with you. When asked why it is suddenly so much more expensive and that it was not discussed, all curious things are listed. NEVER AGAIN! NOT RECOMMENDED. Purest rip-off.

W	Willy Neudecker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider muss ich genau den gleichen und negativen Eindruck bestätigen, den eine andere Kundin bereits hier vor nicht allzu langer Zeit gepostet hat. BEIM ERSTEN KONTAKT wurde ich extrem FREUNDLICH und nett von Herrn Küppers empfangen. Danach BEIM ZWEITEN KONTAKT war es genau DAS GEGENTEIL. Als es dann telefonisch um die Kostenschätzung ging wurde mir unmissverständlich klar gemacht, dass der am Vortag zugesagte Festpreis auf keinen Fall machbar sei. Stattdessen wurde eine weite Preispanne (Basis waren 1.500 € plus MWST) genannt von 200 bis 300 Euro dIe es mehr oder weniger kosten könnte, da man nicht abschätzen könnte wieviel Zeitaufwand es sei (100 Euro Stundenlohn wurden dabei angesetzt) Ähnlich irritierend wie bei der anderen Kundin auch, war dann die Abholung meines Fahrzeugs, der ja lediglich nur zur Besichtigung / Kostenschätzung dort war. Es sollte unbedingt eine feste Uhrzeit am späten Nachmittag sein und auf keinen Fall 15 Minuten früher, wie ich am Telefon vorher angefragt hatte. Die Verabschiedung in der Werkstatt war ( vermutlich weil ich die hohe Kostenschätzung nicht fraglos akzeptiert hatte) entsprechend kühl und unpersönlich. Auto wurde ohne Kommentar von der Bühne in den Regen auf den Hof gefahren, der Schlüssel überreicht und fertig. Es ist daher NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT diese Werkstatt aufzusuchen. Unfortunately, I have to confirm exactly the same and negative impression that another customer posted here not so long ago. AT THE FIRST CONTACT I was greeted extremely FRIENDLY and nicely by Mr. Küppers. After that, DURING THE SECOND CONTACT, it was exactly THE OPPOSITE. When it came to the cost estimate over the phone, it was made unmistakably clear to me that the fixed price promised the day before was by no means feasible. Instead, a wide price range (based on € 1,500 plus VAT) was named from € 200 to € 300, which could cost more or less, since you could not estimate how much time it would be (€ 100 hourly wage was assumed) Just as irritating as with the other customer, was the collection of my vehicle, which was only there for viewing / cost estimation. It should definitely be a fixed time in the late afternoon and under no circumstances 15 minutes earlier, as I had requested on the phone beforehand. The farewell in the workshop (presumably because I had not unquestionably accepted the high cost estimate) was correspondingly cool and impersonal. The car was driven from the stage into the rain into the yard without comment, the key was handed over and it was done. It is therefore NOT RECOMMENDED to go to this workshop.

Beim Termin wurde ein Problem an der hinteren Achsfeder festgestellt. Diese wurde daraufhin schnell und professionell ausgetauscht, so dass das Fahrzeug den TÜV Test bestanden hat. Der Preis für den Austausch war angemessen. Ich war mir der Leistung und dem Service der Firma Fahrwerk und Herrn Küppers sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder. I registered my vehicle with Fahrwerk at the beginning of October for the renewal of the TÜV certificate. A problem with the rear axle spring was discovered at the appointment. This was then quickly and professionally replaced so that the vehicle passed the TÜV test. The price for the exchange was reasonable. I was very satisfied with the performance and service provided by Fahrwerk and Mr. Küppers and would be happy to come back.

Die Arbeiten wurden pünktlich und sorgfältig ausgeführt. Auch die vorher angegebenen Preise wurde eingehalten. Deshalb kann ich, anders als der andere Kunde, dem Fahrwerk insgesamt nur eine POSITIVE Bewertung aussprechen.
