Helpful staff and a great selection of products. I went on a Saturday to buy an amp and they let me try a few out and fiddle with them to my heart's content. They even got a left handed guitar from the store for me to okay!

Bought classic jersey 2 guitar and amp, posted from germany to ireland, arrived fast!, no issues with customs this way, fast and excellent customer service, highly recommend.

I have bought several instruments/equipment from this store. Top prices and quality. Service is very friendly and extremely good, including should a return/replacement be necessary. It hasn’t been any problem that the main store is in the UK, and I live in Germany (there is also a store in the South of Germany). I have received things sent from the UK very quickly. Delivery has been very good from the UK or the German store. You can get good bargains as well. A TOP music store and highly recommended!

I can't speak much for their physical store but avoid their online services. I have been having a problem with a guitar I bought from them, with extended warranty. I simply opened a ticket and asked them a question about what the problem would be. I got an automated reply saying they would "try to" reply within 48 hours. Exactly 2 weeks later, still heard nothing.

My experience with gear4music was really good, even though my product was low quality. I purchased a concertina (made by gear4music) at gear for music. Sadly the model was quite low quality and I kept having issues. The first issues were only minor and included shipping damage so this was definitely not their fault. I emailed the customer service and they kindly sent me a 30 euro restitution. I was content with this but when other issues became apparent I emailed them again. This time I wanted a (partial) refund because the instrument just wasn't good and I'm still quite sure the only thing they could do instead of a refund was send me a new one, which I didn't want because I was afraid the same would happen again. Luckily, after a few mails back and forth, they paid a retour ticket for the concertina and I sent it back. In a little over two weeks I got a full refund including the shipping costs I initially paid. In conclusion, great customer service! I would definitely order something there again if I needed something. Next time I will buy something of an actual music/instrument brand because the "made by gear4music" products are mostly if not only cheaply priced and I bet they're very similar in quality. So I suggest going with a proper popular brand and buy it at gear4music because their service is amazing.

What a bad service! First you wait 2 weeks for an order and then you get a used clarinet. (clear to see), and even then the clarinet is not complete. Then contact them that it should be. It also says that you have a babu mouthpiece and cleaning supplies that were not included. They themselves indicate that it is not clearly stated. Lousy service!!

This company is clearly focused on quantity, not quality. Customer relationship is a foreign word here. My last experience: - order 1: PRS guitar (2250 CHF) and light coloured straps arrived damaged (consignment, not delivery failure) - order 2: Still not received, although delivery date was set to 30.11.2021 (express delivery paid!) - order 3: Guitar (Fender Custom Shop, 3000 CHF) delivered with old used strings and wrong specification (production mistake) Regarding order 3 - recently I received a “highly generous goodwill offer” - 50 CHF refund (whole 1.6% of the guitar value). First I thought it was a typing mistake… but nope, they meant it seriously. This happened when I had another Fender Custom Shop guitar in my shopping cart. So... shopping cart deleted, my next gear purchase(s) will be somewhere else…

Don't buy here, I hesitated as there are plenty of other providers and also cheap ones. I bought a keyboard with a bench and a stand and I changed my mind, I want to return those. First I see the same keyboard 100 euros cheaper on another website, secondly they are lying about the returns when they say "returns are always possible with a small fee", it's clearly a lie. When you ask for a return, they try to make you change your mind with saying that it will cost you more than the actual items: 77 euros ( just for a small bench and a foldable keyboard stand). Not professional at all, rough estimation just to try to discourage me from returning the items. It should be every online customer right to be able to return their purchase!!!
