De grootste woonboulevard van het Westen van Nederland heeft werkelijk alles op woongebied. Alle grote woonwinkels dicht bij elkaar. Waanzinnig veel keus tegen zeer aantrekkelijke prijzen. Kom dus lekker een dagje woonwinkelen met het hele gezin. Want ook de kleintjes kunnen zich er vermaken. Iedereen voelt zich thuis bij Woonboulevard Utrecht!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can spend an entire day here and not go through every store! It has a nice, grassy central park to relax at with lots of shady trees and two benches... Sadly, there aren't many food options but the one pizza truck and anything you can get at the Ikea (which currently has a limited menu because of Corona measures).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit of a messy shopping area, lots of traffic, limited parking, and outdated feel. This is not necessarily true for the shops that are on the boulevard! Plenty of nice shops available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not easy to get there, especially the last kilometers, all roads get gully packed on weekends. Its better to use tram or bus service if you don't need to bring big furniture in your car yourself after the shopping. Then P+R option could be attractive.
