Keuken Kampioen Utrecht - Zeelantlaan 55

Wij zijn zeer tevreden over onze nieuwe keuken die wij bij het filiaal in Woerden gekocht hebben. De medewerkers waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben mij de vrijheid gegeven om de keuken helemaal naar eigen wens samen te stellen en het eindresultaat is nog mooier dan dat ik in mijn hoofd had! Een prachtige keuken besteld bij de zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame adviseur Tibet. Keuken werd netjes ingemeten en kon daardoor ook zonder grote problemen netjes worden geplaatst en aangesloten. Oven magnetron combi bleek niet meer leverbaar, maar we kregen gratis een betere versie waar we zeer blij mee zijn. In eerste instantie geen kokend waterkraan gekozen, maar bij tweede gesprek dit alsnog gedaan omdat verteld werd dat boiler ook onder de keuken achter de plint ingebouwd kon worden. Zeer tevreden over deze Franke installatie. Al met al zeer tevreden tot nu toe en blij met de service overall. Een absolute aanrader.

Tot nu toe zeer goed geholpen en geadviseerd. Aangezien de keuken nog niet geplaatst is "maar" vier sterren. Je kan het pas goed beoordelen als alles er staat en werkt. Mochten zich problemen voordoen bij levering en plaatsing, geeft het mij wel alle vertrouwen, dat Keukenkampioen dit ook keurig en netjes zal oplossen. (hoop natuurlijk dat dit niet zover zal hoeven komen) Update: half oktober is mijn keuken geplaatst. In aanloop daarnaar toe nog diverse "kleine dingetjes"gehad/gewijzigd tov oorspronkelijke offerte. Alles werd zeer correct en netjes afgehandeld door KK. Ook het plaatsen door de monteur werd buitengewoon snel, vakkundig en erg netjes gedaan en afgehandeld. Tot nu toe zeer tevreden over de hele gang van zaken met KK. Wou dat alle bedrijven zo omgingen met hun klanten!! Zou KK zeer zeker aanraden! Vandaar ook mijn upgrade van 4 naar 5 sterren.

Wij zijn zeer positief over onze aankoop bij Keuken Kampioen in Houten. Vanaf het eerste informatieve contact en de begeleiding bij de indeling van de keuken tot en met de informatie over vervaardiging en levering, evenals de uiteindelijke plaatsing van de kwalitatief uitstekende keuken.

Wij zijn erg tevreden over onze inmiddels geplaatste keuken. Vriendelijke medewerkers, zeker niet opdringerig. Was zeker ook gezellig toen wij er binnen kwamen. Kregen zelfs nootjes en een drankje. In eerste instantie waren wij bij de buren, De Keukenconcurrent, maar bij De Keukenkampioen toch uiteindelijk onze keuken gekocht. Betere aanbieding. Er was 1 klein foutje tijdens het plaatsen gemaakt, achterwand kookplaat, maar dit is goed en snel opgelost. Zijn zeer tevreden met onze keuken. Zie foto's van voor en na

Doordat de vaatwasser niet goed lijkt te sluiten en de kastjes om de vaatwasser heen niet tegen wat waterdamp van de vaatwasser kunnen zijn alle kastje uitgezet. Ik dacht dat valt onder garantie, maar nee zegt de monteur. U heeft de vaatwasser verkeerd gebruikt. De keuken kan niet tegen damp uit de vaatwasser. Dus geen garantie. Schokkend. Ondanks de reply vd keukenkampioen op bovenstaande review, dat ze er naar gaan kijken. Niks meer van gehoord.

An honest review... It started very well with Jeroen who assisted us in drawing the Kitchen design. He was very easy-going and guided us on which appliances/cabinets are good to have. He pointed out that cheaper appliances are fine to use. We did not mind anything (first visit, first orientation) he suggested this since it was our first appointment. After 2,5 hours of hand drawing of our Kitchen, we were quite happy to visualize our dream kitchen. Then the less pleasant part of our visit followed... The colleague of Jeroen (Store-Manager) joined us to help with the calculation of the quotation. Basically, their quotation was nonsense we found out later, as they had 5 big components with random numbers on it. The cabinets cost 28.753 EUR alone and the entire kitchen price was 2,5 times more than our budget on which we were very clear about upfront (48.000 EUR), for a kitchen with Whirlpool appliances (this is the cheapest brand possible)). I asked how kitchen cabinets can cost that much because I am very clear that I have not ordered anything out of gold or silver. Jeroen confessed that it is partly his mistake in the drawing (ok?) and the conversation went on. They insisted that we sign the contract straight away that will purchase the kitchen from them with all the indications we would like to have. We were very clear in saying no. It went over and over for 20 minutes and they suddenly offered us the magic 40% discount, but we really had to sign on the spot for this mega discount. After that special discount offer, the colleague of Jeroen almost shouted at us (while standing up while we were sitting) that we ‘Have to’ sign the offer. We replied back that we did not intend to sign anything and we have to consult with our architect first. He then asked us who is the architect, if that is our family member, since he said we were indecisive and asked for permission from him (very rude…)!? This was the drop and we went to leave the kitchenstore without signing. Luckily we could bring a copy of the drawings at least. Later on we designed almost the exact same kitchen with high end machines (Miele, Bosch, Siemens, etc.) for way a lower price, without discount or haggling, at a way bigger brand of a kitchen company. This proves that they are really trying to make up prices out of thin air for kitchens definitely not worth their money. I wrote this review because I honestly believe this is very unethical on how they do business. Naming fake (literally made up) prices and forcing the customer to sign the contracts on the spot with hidden cancellations fees (5% of the original price!). Don't ever sign their contracts without comparing with other companies, and definitely don’t feel bad for leaving the store without signing after 2.5 hours of drawing, because this is exactly the game they try to play. To conclude: You missed your chance, we were very happy at the drawings and were very willing to do business with you. However the nasty way of pricing/talking completely made us turn around and not come back to do any further business with you. I really hope you will learn from this review and make your store a better place which treats customers more fairly.

We visited KeukenKampioen to buy our first kitchen. We also visited their neighbors beforehand just to realise it was the same way of work. They will start with an extremely high price and then you have to negotiate for the price. The lack of transparency on the actual costs are quite shocking. They also draw by hand, at least our advisor did. All in all I'm very glad we decided to partner with a company outside of The Mandemakers Group. Some good points are the friendly people and they have a wide variety of kitchens on their exhibition floor.
