★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op 16 maart 2019 is verkeerd meubel geleverd, toezegging gedaan dat nieuwe meubel wordt geleverd maar nu nog steeds niet ontvangen. Krijg steeds geen uitsluitsel over nieuwe levertijd en moet zelf continue hier na informeren.
 On March 16, 2019 wrong furniture was delivered, a commitment was made that new furniture will be delivered but still not received. Do not always get a definite answer about the new delivery time and must continuously inform yourself afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze eettafel is 3 maanden later geleverd dan ingeschat en bij levering zaten er verkeerde poten bij waardoor we uiteindelijk nog een maand moesten wachten op de goede terwijl de inschatting 2 weken was. Communicatie vanuit Teakhuis was ronduit slecht. We moesten steeds zelf contact opnemen voor de status van de levering en toen we vroegen om een tegemoetkoming kregen we een haast te verwaarlozen korting van €50. Uiteindelijk wel een mooie tafel maar weet waar je aan begint als je hier een eettafel besteld. Vandaar 1 ster voor de communicatie/klantenservice, 4 sterren voor de tafel.
Our dining table was delivered 3 months later than estimated and on delivery there were wrong legs, so we ultimately had to wait another month for the right one while the estimate was 2 weeks. Communication from Teakhuis was downright bad. We always had to contact us for the status of the delivery and when we asked for an allowance we received an almost negligible discount of € 50. Ultimately a nice table but know what you are getting into when you order a dining table here. Hence 1 star for communication / customer service, 4 stars for the table.
