★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is capable and speak fluent English but the contacts can be a pain up the bottom depending on the partner. Store is clean and bright, I wish I could actually finish what I went there for but that was Vodafone's fault, not this guys.

At end I bought Moto G7 Plus (which was comparatively cheaper than other store). Overall first experience was good with belsimpel. Thanks. Hoping my new phone gives good performance as well.

However after that, a mature staff who seemed were their manager, not only handled the issue professionally, but also compensated it to show they care about their customer.
