Ich konnte mein Bike direkt abgeben ohne Termin und bekam es taggleich zurück. Zusätzlich auch noch höflich und sympathisch. Bin sehr zufrieden. Empfehlung! Got my chain fixed. Ich wurde immer freundlich begrüßt und so behandelt. Ich werde auch weiterhin dort mit meinem Rad hin und kann nur jeden empfehlen, sein Rad dort hinzubringen. I am super satisfied with the service and the price-performance ratio. I got my bike back quickly. I was always greeted warmly and treated like that. I will continue to go there with my bike and can only recommend everyone to bring their bike there.
D	David Saprykin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ €dit:// 24.09.21 Muss meine Bewertung revidieren. Sehr kundenfeindlich. Bin mit eigens gekauftem Mantel und Schlauch dahin und wurde abgewiesen. Dabei war "nur" ein Schlauchwechsel bzw. Mantelwechsel geplant. Er betreut nur Kunden, die auch bei ihm den nötigen und entsprechend teuren Ersatz kaufen. Nur für gut betuchte geeignet, da komm ich billiger weg wenn ich zu Tretobratze am Limbecker Platz geh. Gleiche Qualität, kann meine eigene Ware mitnehmen, hälfte des Preises. Nie wieder ------------------------ Beachtlich! Hinterreifen meines MTB ist geplatzt. Mantel war auch durch. Bin mit meinem Schlauch (Autoventil) zu ihm und hab darum gebeten den Schlauch zu erneuern. Ging schneller als gedacht. Felge musste nachgebohrt werden, weil diese für ein anderes Ventilformat Gültigkeit hatte. Wurde kostenfrei erweitert. Geplant war 12 Uhr mittags ( 09.06.21 ). Bin dann früher gen 11 rein, weil ich aufm Sprung war und da stand es. Leider ist mir der Reifen auf dem Weg zur Arbeit dann wieder geplatzt. Hab ihn telefonisch darüber in Kenntnis gesetzt und durfte ohne Termin bei ihm rein. Bin am Folgetag also zu dem Herrn und durfte in seinem Beisein die Fehleranalyse mitanschauen. Heute. 11.06.21 Fehler war schnell gefunden. Felgendband war wohl die Ursache, da der Schlauch an der aufliegenden Seite eine Wunde hatte. Sprich, es konnte keine Außeneinwirkung sein. Sehr vertrauensförderlich und für Erstkunden sehr zuvorkommend. Den Schlauch hat er mir kostenlos 2.erneuert. Jetzt fährt es wieder. Danke Erwin € dit: // 24.09.21 Must revise my rating. Very hostile to customers. I went there with my own coat and hose and was turned away. "Only" a change of hose or jacket was planned. He only looks after customers who buy the necessary and correspondingly expensive replacement from him. Only suitable for the well-heeled, because I get away cheaper if I go to Tretobratze on Limbecker Platz. Same quality, can take my own goods with me, half the price. Never again ------------------------ Remarkable! The rear tire of my MTB has burst. Coat was through too. I went to him with my hose (car valve) and asked to replace the hose. It went faster than expected. The rim had to be re-drilled because it was valid for a different valve format. Has been expanded free of charge. The plan was 12 noon (June 9th, 21st). Then I got in earlier around 11 because I was on the go and there it was. Unfortunately, the tire broke again on the way to work. I informed him about it by phone and was allowed to visit him without an appointment. So I went to see the Lord the next day and was allowed to watch the error analysis in his presence. Today. 06/11/21 Error was found quickly. Rim tape was probably the cause, as the tube had a wound on the side that was lying on it. In other words, it couldn't be an outside influence. Very trustworthy and very accommodating for first-time customers. He renewed the hose for me free of charge. Now it's driving again. Thanks Erwin

Wir mussten nie lange warten und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Die Preise für Reparaturen sind sehr fair! Vielen Dank :-) Wir werden auch weiterhin gern vorbeikommen. Good service and a very nice owner. We have bought several bikes here and have been there several times when repairs were necessary. We never had to wait long and were always very satisfied. M	Michael Grögler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein super Fahrrad-Fachgeschäft. Hier werden keine unnötigen Reparaturen durchgeführt, sondern nur das was wirklich defekt ist. Letztens habe ich das Kinderfahrrad meiner Tochter zur Reparatur gebracht. Es sollten die Schläuche gewechselt werden und die Bremsen eingestellt werden. Nach ca. 2 Std bekam ich einen Anruf, das der Schlauch der geplatzt war gewechselt war, die Bremsen eingestellt wurden, aber mehr wurde nicht gemacht, da weitere nötige Reparaturen zu teuer wären, so das der Kauf eines neuen Rades günstiger wäre. Fand es echt super. Fand ich echt fair. Das nenne ich super Service und Beratung. Immer wieder gehe dort gerne hin. Danke. A great bike shop. No unnecessary repairs are carried out here, only what is really defective. I recently brought my daughter's bike for repairs. The hoses should be changed and the brakes adjusted. After about 2 hours I got a call that the hose that had burst had been changed, the brakes were adjusted, but nothing more was done, as further necessary repairs would be too expensive, so buying a new bike would be cheaper. Loved it. I found it really fair. That's what I call great service and advice. I like to go there again and again. Thanks.

Um 10:30 Uhr angerufen wegen ein Problem am Mountainbike, konnte das Fahrrad um 13 Uhr wieder fertig abholen. Wirklich wie alle Leute vorher schon geschrieben haben gesagt getan immer wieder. Dankeschön A really nice shop owner who really has a clue about his professional field. Called at 10:30 a.m. with a problem with the mountain bike, was able to pick up the bike again at 1 p.m. Really like all the people have said before done done over and over again. Thank you very much
